When I go back to the backoffice, all the settings are ok and the numbers appears on the preview.

I can see a few people on here have asked about front page video headers (via youtube) that aren’t autoplaying on mobiles & these queries have gone unanswered – I think this might be because youtube have discontinued youtube autoplay on mobile devices for privacy purposes.

Does materialis only support youtube in the header section in the customizer? I’ve tried using a Vimeo which doesn’t work. Are there other video hosting sites I could try?

Alternatively, any other potential solutions would be very much appreciated! i.e. amendments in the editor

If I activate the ‘Materialis companion’ it kills the rendering of this webpage:

That works just as expected otherwise.

On the other hand if I turn it off it kills the rendering of the frontpage of my website.

Would be great to have both pages working as expected …

Open Food Facts has successfully implemented this theme in their blog.

I’ve translated some of the articles to Hebrew but since there is no RTL support the articles are left aligned (instead of right aligned) and using the wrong directionality.

Is there an option to resolved that?

Hi I noted after editing a page which uses Gallery Block that the images in the Gallery Block appeared one after the other and not as the intended Gallery as previewed in the editor.

If you have to the page https://www.tdkm.com.au/complexes/ you will see that the Gallery Block is working well, however if I ENABLE the Materialis Companion then refresh this page then the images are just displayed Vertical as large images one after the after with no Gallery effect.

Please note I have several other websites using the Materialis Theme with Materialis Companion, however I have not attempted to modify the page in case I have the same issue which would force me to turn off the Materialis Companion.

I have wordpress 5.9.2 running and minimal (8) plugins activated.

Hello, I have been looking for a section in the customizer where I could just add a blob of text. I cant find anything like that. I found that by selecting ��Features 1�� and selectively removing parts of it, I could leave myself with just one part where I can enter text and get it to occupy a decent amount of horizontal real estate. I had to first specify that the section was ��maximum width�� and a single column. Even then, I cannot get the text to align any further to the left than it already is. I added a sidebar and I need the main text of the page to be over more to the left. I cant use the built in Gutenberg editor for just large amounts of text because it is a terrible editor. Can you assist me in aligning this more to the left.
Also, I have questions about the sidebar, but one thing at a time.

Since the latest update of WordPress the product pages, when the Description tab is selected, everything appears double in size, the window has scroll bars on the bottom, the images are really large and blurry, the Add to Cart button is way off to the right, out of view from the screen. When you select either the review or additional information tabs, the page goes back to normal size.

Also there is a message on the dashboard that states:

`Your theme (Materialis PRO) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.`

This problem appears on both the Pro and free versions of the theme. I’ve got the latest version. Is there a fix for this?

Apparently, images in the page section at the front page does not take the alt value specified in the media library. Tested with several images and different page sections.

I use Materialis on our site for more than 3 years.
For now, it��s no more possible to manage button background color on Hero home page while it was still possible few months ago.
It��s not very fair play to suppress functionalities on free version of Materialis months after months!

I’m creating a website with Materialis theme and Elementor plugin. Everything worked well until 3 days.
When I want to edit a page with Elementor, this message appears : “Preview Could Not Be Loaded.”

I’ve tried to edit with Safe mode, and it works, I can now change and edit the content of my page. The problem is, I can’t add videos to my content. I can see the videos on the editing page, but, when I go to my website to preview this page, the video disappeared.

What can I do to continue to use Elementor ?

Hello, how can I set the text align to left in one of the “Page Content” sections?

I’m using the “Page Content” feature on the index page, see image attached. The text is displayed just fine (left-aligned) using desktop (mac & windows), however, it’s centered using mobile (iphone & android). How do I fix this?

I’ve got a problem with my text. I try to removed or correct some sentences but I can’t clicking on all the sentences.
Like you can see on the screenshot, the sentence “�� l’��coute de ses clients” and “son personnel (…) familial” isn’t included on the edit selection so I can’t do anything.

Hello, when I scroll down on my site and click once down in the “Our Team” section, that #team-7 string shows up in the url and never disappears, even when scrolling back up the page or clicking elsewhere on the page. None of the other sections on the page causes their section name to appear in the url at all. Seems that I dont even need to click on the page in that “our team” section. I just need to scroll down to it and once I do, I can never get rid of that in the address bar. Thanks

After the last update of woocommerce I presented an error since the theme templates are obsolete.

I see the following message:

First of all, thanks a lot for an excellent theme. I am really happy with its features and design and receive a lot of praise for our website.

I am using “Contact Form 7”. Since a few weeks, my forms no longer display error messages when the user forgets to fill out required fields. Instead, an empty red rectangle is shown. The console lists the following error:

“Type error: n is null”

…/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/index.js?ver=5.4:1

The problem is related to the Materialis theme. When I switch to the default theme, everything works fine. I tried deactivating other plugins etc., but Materialis seems to be the only reason.

I tried downgrading to Materialis 1.1.14, where everything worked fine recently, but this didn’t help either. So I think this has something to do with the interplay between Materialis and the recent WP 5.7 upgrade.

I file an issue with the Materilis and Elementor theme with Woocommerce. Login and register sections look bad, buttons don’t work. Check everything and it was solved by changing the subject. I would like to know how I can fix this error, since everywhere the check buttons appear I have problems.

Where to find the responsive settings menu to (for example) not show certain Manageble Page Sections on mobile? Or is this included in the PRO version?
