Latests posts page layout is broken on mobile after WordPress update 5.9

Hello,

After my website automatically updated to wp 5.9 the mobile version of posts page has broken.

It does not adjust layout to place the featured image above the post excerpt. So it looks like this on mobile now: https://ibb.co/GkdtGcs

Hi, i found that there is no pagination in the search result, it will always show the first page. How can i add the pagination to the search result?
