I’ve a problem with my sticky menu. I disabled it, because it doesnt work on mobile phones. But now my menu sucks very hard. Always when i scroll down, my menu swipe at the left side, which get very hard on my nervs. i dont know what to do.

I am using Mantle.

I want to use the layout :

sidebar / content / sidebar

but I want to narrow the sidebars, and widen the content. How can I do this?

If I change the page width, it widens them all, but I just want to be able to widen the content independently of the sidebars.

I have an imagemap with hotspots that are not working on one of my pages.
When I copy the HTML into a separate file and try it (from my desktop for example), the hotspots and links work fine.
When I view the wordpress page, the imagemap and it’s hotspots don’t work – I dont even get a cursor to indicate that there is a link beneath.

Any help would be appreciated!

I am using Mantle for my site. I have 2 issues with the same page, can anyone help?

1 – The menu is supposed to move down the page, staying at the top of your screen as you scroll down. It does this for all pages, except one.

2 – I use ‘Modular Custom CSS’ to change the colours of some links, specific to a page. All other pages (up to now) work, with the exception of this page.

Can someone please point out the error of my ways, as it is doing my head in!!!

Hello,

With WP 4.0 and Mantle theme, how can I force mobile devices to get the full desktop view (responsively working theme with the same colors and header images as in the browser version).

When entering the site with mobile device, on default the browser loads ripped version with wrong color, and in the bottom there is a link “View Full site” where you get the desiser look.

How can I fix this?

I want to use the sidebar option but only for a few pages, not all of them. Although, I can only use the general option to add a sidebar but when I want to set this up for just one single page, the setting is going back to the global layout setting. How can I fix this?

It’s hard to explain, but when I initially scroll down, and the navigation bar goes from “fixed” to “sticky” the entire webpage jumps a bit. Maybe there is an absolute positioning that is off somewhere. I can’t really pinpoint the problem.

This was not an issue with GeneratePress 1.1.1. It only became a problem with version 1.1.2 and 1.1.3.

I have briefly looked through the possible reason, and will continue to look, but thought I’d ask for your help as well.

I’m using the latest version of Chrome.
