I am getting the error as given below and showing on every page open post:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘dsq_comments_template’ not found or invalid function name in /home/infozone/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286

This happened after an update of disqus but 3 updates of disqus after that also applied but not resolved.

It not showing diqus comments UI in place of comments section, plugin is up to date and reinstalled. The error shows any issue in file code within public_html directory. I corrected that error but site is damaged database.

Please help if any issue and conflict of disqus with this theme?

Hi,

I am using Live Wire Main and Child. Favicon is not showing on Live Site although its on WP Admin panel. I update icon from Customize option in from panel.

Before this I was using a code in header file and it worked but after 2 years it stopped. Now I updated from theme panel and it shown on admin panel but not on live site.

When I visit my blog on mobile it has some issues with ads although these are responsive but sill shows blank space around them due to which they seem not fit. How I can make full view of my blog as Default view for mobile devices and mobile view should be only view on clicking on mobile view link.

Hi,

There are some issues on Mobile view for Live Wire theme.

Like it shows sidebars not on left as in Desktop view rather than at bottom after the post when we see the website in full view. [Website: INFOZONEPK.COM].

Also on placing Google Ads it shows some black spaces sometimes on right (more space) and on left (less space) although ads are responsive and auto adjustable.

Please help to resolve.

Regarding the Jetpack widget “Display WordPress Posts,” that is the error i get. It worked fine until i checked the setting “show featured image.”

Now i get that error even after unchecking, and deleting and reinstalling the widget. What are your thoughts?

I’ve read that it’s a pretty easy fix in a child theme to get Discus to work with Live Wire. I’ve never used a child theme though so…

after the latest security updates from wordpress I recognized that the “submit comment” button disappeared in the theme. After some googleing I found out that it must be something wrong in the theme. I found this thread at www.remarpro.com

Hi. I need some help with something that’s bugging me. It’s actually 2 things.

The first one, is the border and padding on the images when the when the sidebars are to the right (i.e. when the display is over 768px I think) I’d like to get rid of the border and the padding. I’ve been looking all over the style.css but haven’t found what I need to change)

The other thing is the border that disappears from the widgets on the right sidebar when the display is less than 1024px). I would like to have those borders and background colors for every display.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

1. download the child theme here https://themehybrid.com/themes/live-wire-child
2. unzipped on my site and activate
3. edit the file wp-content/theme/live-wire/languages/live-wire-en_EN.po with Poedit, save and refresh my site but nothing change

If I set up child menu items there are working only on main page (drop down menu appear), when I am on any subpage drop down doesn’t working and child items not appear. I am fighting with this issue for a long time but now i really need this and haven’t much time ??

Everything was working great until I updated to the new version. My sidebar-subsidiary appears to be sitting inside the text-widget and not appearing on the bottom of my page/footer as it should?

Any tips on this?

I really like the look and functionality of the theme Live Wire. I would like to take “recent posts” “recent comments” and “meta” out of the header and make it less tall. I’d put that stuff in the footer instead. Is it possible to do without getting into the code?

Appearance>Customize>Layout>Global Layout: Not working for me. In the preview it works, but it doesn’t effect the site.

Nice looking theme w/good options though.

I’m trying to put the secondary menu inside the header wrap, under the title/description and sidebar.

The header should be organized in this way:
primary menu
title and description | sidebar widgets
secondary menu
slider

I tried to make a div tag with width 100% and clear: both for title and sidebar, but nothing. Everything I do, the secondary menu shows up on the right of the title, behing the sidebar widget.

Can you help me to make this thing working?

After I updated to Version 0.3 I’ve lost the possibility to define Title, Keywords and Descriptions in a field below the RTE. How can I reactive this option?

Unfortunately there is not possibility to activate SEO at the top of the page (like Comments, Author etc.) but in the version 0.2 this option is there..

Live Wire 0.3 is now out. Most important changes were these:

• Hybrid Core was updated to version 1.6.2.
• Submenu icon is now plus sign, not an image.
• .pot file added.
• Finnish translations updated.
• style.min.css added.

I really like the live wire theme but I have a small issue concerning the –more– tag, when I use this in my blog posts, the main page of my blog nicely shortens the blog post to where the tag is used, but I don’t see […] or read more or more or whatever.

https://blog.meligo.be is my blog and as you can see the only option users have is to click the blog post title.

Anything I can do to check what is going on?

I am still back on Version 0.1.2, because I have done some heavy customization to some of the template php.

Can you tell me, were there any javascript (esp. jquery) errors or conflicts in v 0.1.2? From day one I have not been able to get jquery to run properly, even just to do an alert on document ready. I have tried disabling all plugins, and do not have any javascripts of my own running on the page I’m testing.

Because of my customizations I am hesitant to update my theme, but I thought if you knew the source of any conflict or bug I might be able to fix it. Site is fbspoll.com
