All Posts with Tag: “Vermietung” should be shown only at the page mentioned above. not at the homepage.
How can i create this?

]]>Do WordPress shortcodes work in LightWord?
I am mainly trying to get the Twitter Embed shortcode to work. I have disabled all my plugins, which I have read can cause problems, but this has had no effect.
I have also tested a number of other shortcodes from https://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/shortcodes/ and haven’t found one yet that does. I can only think that LightWord does not support them?
A definitive answer on this would be very much appreciated.

I upgraded WordPress (using 3.3.1) and the Lightword theme (using 2.0.0.6) and am having a devil of a time getting my custom header image to show at the top instead of the text.
Strange thing is that the image appears in the preview window when you go the “Custom Header” section under Appearance. I click “save changes” it says “Header updated. Visit your site to see how it looks” but it doesn’t make the image appear on the site.
Any help that can be offer would be greatly appreciated.

1/ change the place where appear the date.
2/ Add next the classic date, the hebrew date.

When I log in, just below the title of the article I have the “Editer ce post”, I don’t use this button, So I want to remove it and place the date here, but not just when I log in, but all the time : See the screenshot here
After, I think that I will able to add the hebrew date…

At the moment in the header you can see the blogname and the blog description. But now I’ve made a banner for my blog and I want to delete the blogname and description and put in the banner, how can I do this?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to add widgets to the footer? It seems like some other themes are able to do this?
Ideally, it would work similarly to how you add widgets to the sidebar(s) right now.
I tried adding some stuff to the custom code footer section but couldn’t get anything working.

]]>Hi, I’m using Lightword for months now, and I’ve stumbled upon an issue.
As you can see on my page Music Box, I’m using categories on the front page menu. When you hover the mouse over some categories, a drop down menu appeared with sub-categories, it’s the case for the “chroniques” category.
But strangely enough, it’s not working anymore like it’s supposed to (as seen on the lightword example page. The subcategories menu actually drops down but it looks as if it goes “under” the first post on the page.
Sorry if it’s not very clear, it should be clearer if you have a look ??

]]>Generally, with other themes also have #more tag on read more link, I’ve removed it easily with this script by just adding in the functions.php file

However, the problem is I cannot do that with LIghWord Them.
As most of us know that one content with two or more URLs cause duplicated content
For example
https://www.carseath.com/articles/car-seat-safety-harnesses-for-children/ and https://www.carseath.com/articles/car-seat-safety-harnesses-for-children/#more-155 you can imagine that “these two URLs point to the same content page (100% duplicate content)
It would be appreciated if someone can advice me how to remove #more tag on read more link

I’ve managed to hide the date from the posts on the main page (just in the theme settings), but still there is a date showing when you open a single post.
I tryed to find <?php the_time(”) ?> but there is none.
How can i turn it off or hide at least?

I realise the header text is being fetched from the wordpress general settings page, however I do not wish to change the overall site title / tagline, just the text on the header and I cannot find the chunk of code where it sets this.
