This theme isn’t PHP7 compatible. Are there any plans for a PHP7-compatible release?

Hi folks,

I’m so inept at building websites, but here is the one I’m struggling with: https://www.DisabilityPossibilities.com On a page I called Accessories, I had written original content with affiliate links, made a page break because I thought it was too long, saved it, came back and poof, it was gone! About a whole foot’s worth of scrolling. And 35 links. Tons of work.

Any idea how I can retrieve it? Eliminate the page break? I’ve gone into text mode, can’t find it. I check all the appropriate drafts, couldn’t find it there either.

I’m at a loss. The only solution “could” be here, or I’ll just have to redo it, type it all over.

Hi! I am currently building a website, using Leather Diary. I would like to know how to remove or hide the sidebar from the static front page, while keeping it visible on subsequent posts. I did create a child-theme, to make editing possible. Please advise the best way to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

(I did not link the website, because it cannot be viewed. I prefer to perfect the back-end, before going live. However, I will add the link once it is published, so others can reference the change).

How can I make it so people can’t comment? It’s not going to be that kind of site.

My website is not live yet. I am new to this world of webdesign. I am still learning vocab and this seems like another language, so be patient with me as I try to understand all of it.
My questions:
1. In the description of leatherdiary it said, 220 google fonts, 7 predefined colors. Where do I find these fonts and colors? I am trying to edit the main theme from the green default color, but the only colors I can change is the leather background.
2. I’ve noticed a menu bar on top on the example, but mine does not have the menu bar on the top, just the floating side bar menu.
3. Also, my header picture is huge and I don’t know how to make it smaller.
4. Last one, my title is long, so all the words don’t fit on the first line. I would like to make the entire title on one line, but I don’t know how to do that either.

I would like to take off the 2 headers on the Front Page: ARCHIVES and TAGS

anybody done this? I don’t find a way with Options. ???

Updated to version 1.3.3 of Leatherdiary. The option under General Settings “Page Alignment” is not being honored any more Always shows left justified

New to WordPress.
I’m trying to set up a website for my folks who run a cattery and this theme has the elegance that they require, obviously with a few alterations.

I would like to remove the author and the category from the post made on the homepage as these will be used as update for customers visiting the site.

I’m not sure how to do this and so would really appreciate any help you could offer.

The menu displays and functions fine when my blog is viewed from a desktop, but the menu is not displayed when I view the blog on a mobile device. When I type the names of the pages (i.e. Essays) in the search field, I am directed to the page; however, visitors who don’t already know what my pages are called will not be able to view anything but the main page. I’m new to both WordPress and forums, so forgive me if I’m not posting in the right area.
I want to do a simple blog and picked Leather Diary from the themes area. I’ve been able to make changes like title, etc but want to change the “staged” picture on the front page with one of my own. I can not for the life of me, figure this out. If you know the answer, it’s probably very simple. What does it mean that this theme has a “static” front page? With thanks. Jane

Resource for types of effects on the Float Menu (Right)/

Maybe have a few new styles of effects on menu items to choose from, since it currently only has the effect of underlining and color when going through the menu items.

Better customization of the menu position, eg instead of leaving in right, putting power left.

I will not work with headers in the posts, having the option to HIDE the itens as: date, user, category and right symbol right that is highlighted (showing data of post).
