I liked the design of the theme, installed it, and everything works perfectly. Elegant, fair amout of customizable things so it’s not too time consuming to install. I had a further question about an item I wanted to customize, but was not able to by default, I wrote to technical service and they gave me they answered instantly.

I must confess, I purchased this theme because it looked pretty. That’s all. I didn’t even realize the huge range of capabilities it had until after I installed it! The lookbook template, customised widgets and ability to create my own ads and display them where I want have since become some of my favourite features, and absolutely worth the cost of the Pro theme. Even more, Jarek is so friendly and responsive to support questions! I had a question about customising the theme to suit a particular use (linking from Instagram on mobile) and got a response in mere hours– with a personalised solution! I couldn’t be happier with both the Juliet theme, and LyraThemes detailed user documentation and wonderful support.

Had some issues with my site. Was reluctant to contact support since at the moment I was just using the free Juliet theme and was trying it out. I started a blog about a month ago and started with the free Juliet theme. I loved the theme so much that ended up investing in buying the pro version. I haven’t been sorry about that decision. It’s beautifully designed and a very user friendly customization. Plus, even if you do get stuck on something you can email the support team and they are not only the friendliest, but they are very quick to respond.
I highly recommend this theme to anyone looking for a beautiful layout and superb support.

The Word Press Juliet Theme is an absolutely wonderful platform in which to showcase your blog or website. At first I was hesitant that it might be too feminine as I write and blog on Homesteading with organic gardening, chickens, goats, natural living and clean eating type topics. Much to my delight, the Juliet Theme has surpassed my highest expectations. It has proven to lend itself to everything Homesteading! The multiplicity of layouts and formats offer such variety. The Juliet Theme is simple to use; it is elegant as well as clean & wholesome in presentation. I opted to go for the Juliet Pro due to the fact of Tech Support. I think all the techs know my name by now because I have needed so much help! They have all gone above and beyond in their assistance for me. Sinisa was extremely helpful in providing all levels of tech support. With the tech team of Sinisa, Diego, and Jarek, they were able to reply within hours with solid answers to all my questions. I got to say after using free themes I am not very good in the coding and theme department I decided to buy my first paid theme the Juliet I tried the free one first and loved it and decided to buy the Juliet Pro I was having trouble with getting the way I wanted it the Customer Service walked me through and stayed with me all the way till I got the way I wanted it when I had trouble updating it they helped me with that to I just love the theme and the look and will be using this theme for a very long time matter fact I am wanting to use the theme on my other blog .. I want to thank the Customer Service for being so patient with me … They are fantastic and so kind .. if I ever buy another theme in the future I will go to them first.. thank you
