I am trying to buy the upgrade theme of JShop Pro but i can’t place the order. I get this message:

“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

Please tell me what can i do to have the pro version.

Wocommerce 2.4.7 connection lost while posting products

Ever since I installed this new wordpress update I’ve been getting an internal sever 500 error and save draft connection lost when attempting to post a product. After I check to see if the product was submitted I keep getting the image to publish and tags but the price or the sku do not get added to product. Any help or ideas appreciated. Again this is during posting products with jshop 2.6.7 regular themes are working.

I keep getting a white screen or line of code error in product category area.

I’ve been using jshop for sometime as of late i’ve been getting a blank white page when navigating to the site or the following error message in the product category section.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data01/24/2585124/html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 4023

Can you please tell me what i need to do to fix this error.

Logo is cut off on top and bottom

Hello,
I try to add a logo, but it gets cut off on top and bottom the logo is 100 by 100 px. Where in the css can I change this? I already tried a bunch of things but no result. Thanks!

Hi I’ve purchased the pro version of Jshop and I’m really surprised as to the limited documentation you have for this. How do you change the logo? how do you create a similar home page that of your demo? Please let me know or please provide a refund.

Hi, I have just downloaded your theme and tried it on Woocommerce and seems that it is not compatible with the newest version of the plugin.
Do you think you can update it so as to give a try?
By the Way I liked your theme for being plain and easy to customize and I would absolutely give it 5 stars.
