We want to be able to play the home page video on mobile devices instead of having a placeholder image but are unable to make it work. Any ideas?

I love the look of my theme, but I am so frustrated with it! I wish I had researched it more before investing in it. The free version was pretty straightforward and I liked the look of it, but wanted some of the features of the paid version. Now if only I could figure out how to use them!

I write technical and end user documentation for my day job and I can usually figure understand documentation written by others, but this is driving me crazy.

1. The creators of it do not write the English language very well; often the documentation has missing or the wrong word or misspelled words in a sentence which makes it very difficult to understand. 2. I cannot find any video tutorials for this theme, Jkreativ. 3. The documentation on their site needs more screen shots, needs to go through step by step how to do something and show what the end result should be.

Does anyone have a JKreativ Theme tutorial that you would recommend OR do you know of a Jkreativ tutorial. Thank you in advance for your help.

I have just installed your theme. I had featured images set from my last theme, and the images from my existing content are still in place. However, I cannot see how to set a featured image that will show in new post. I have tried inserting an image at the start of the post, buut that doesn’t work. How can I fix that?

I want the homescreen to display ALL posts instead of the user having to use the small navigation at the bottom to view more pages of posts. Any way to set the # of posts on the homepage to unlimited?

What happend? there is not any template select when trying to create or edit a page.

I wanna remove the Social Media Icons’s border from my site:

My theme had troubles with the icons before when some icons where just non existent in the code so I found a good answer here:

(I basically individually added an image to be featured for each social media)

But I don’t like the border, this way I might be able to use icon images bigger in size.

When I set featured image, the image gets blurry in post page. Here is an example –

Top first image is the blurry featured image, while the image that I posted in the post itself is the actual size and normal one.

Not sure what’s happening here. Why the same image is shown differently in the post and as a featured image?

I wanna be able to have the pages in full width so the gallery will show larger.
It originally comes with sidebar which I had removed.

I love this theme, but there’s just one thing that I really hate: the first time when youn open the site is very slow loading pages ( i guess because it loads all contents before show everything. I tried to disable plugin and “clean” as much as I can… is there something I can do? In the past I used another template (not so nice as this one) but very quick.. I don’t want to change it again! When someone writes a comment to a post, there is an option to “reply” to that comment; but it is misspelled as “REPLAY.” Can this be fixed? Can I fix it?

rather than:

echo '<p>' . comment_text() . '</p>'; ??

Since links that commenters leave behind would not be clickable. I had to search long and hard to solve this issue.

Might there be a specific reason for it?

Currently I am setting up my website and I have tried to add some social media. I noticed that the option for adding Facebook and Twitter is missing respectively the fields are missing.

I just wanted to ask whether it is a bug or is it a full-purchase feature? Please tell me how to add these options. I would totally appreciate it! ??

Hi, I had used this theme for my portfolio, and it seems to have disabled my featured image section when I post anything. as of now I have to switch out into a different theme to add the picture then put it back to this theme… Im just wondering if there is a way to bring it back so I dont have to do more work just to add a featured image…

In the mobile view of my website using a Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 900 — Windows Phone OS 7.8), the MENU icon (3 Bars) and the SEARCH icon (Magnifying Glass) display only a square empty box instead of the icons. When my website is displayed on an iPhone, the icons display correctly.

I have been unable to track down any graphic files used, so I assume these icons are generated by FONTS, which are not available to the Windows Phone.

If this is the problem, any suggestions on how and which files can be patched to load an alternative graphic file for each button/icon.
