I’m not sure how I messed this up but I did somehow. When I first downloaded this theme, I loved it. All my recent posts were right there on the home page. I got busy customizing things right away. After making several customization changes I visited my site to find NOTHING on the home page. I have my primary menu on the top bar which displays my different categories. Both wordpress and this theme are set to show “recent posts” instead of a “static front page”. Can someone please help me?! What did I do wrong here? My goal is to have my home page showing my most recent posts then a menu somewhere showing my different categories (my other posts). Any suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated! Even putting the images on the portifolio lite and the slides they do not appear on my site. As if I had excluded those options. To edit is fine, but it does not really appear on my page. Can you help me? What am I doing wrong?

I have chosen to show 250 words as segments for posts but when I do, they do not display pictures. How do I get the pictures to show on the segments and not only on the full link to posts?

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Something has hijacked our website and the only thing we have is IRibbon theme. We have disabled and deactivated all plugins just to make sure. There is advertising link text below our header photo that we didn’t put there. We cannot find anything in the theme itself, but something has happened. This is very frustrating for us. We don’t know what to do or how to find it.

Now…de sidebar looks like one long column. with a ribbonbanner above each widget.

I would like to separate each widget with some pixels so that the background i’m using is visible in every place beneath each widget and above each ribbonbanner.

Is that possible and if so how do i proceed?

After an update, some months ago, the social icons from the header section just disapperead to leave only a “@”. I couldn’t get back to have them.
At the same time, the displaying of the dragged header option in the theme options menu always have a “no entry” sign, as if something went wrong.

OK, so basically my current WordPress (iribbon) home page includes the blog. I do not want it to include the blog. I know how to put the blog elsewhere, but how can I get it off of my homepage?

Example:

I’m using iRibbon as a template (I also purchased the ProVersion by the way). On the comments page there is a <h2>title</h2> which says ‘Verlaat een boodschap’ a translation of ‘Leave a message’. But this is a wrong and awful translation. I want to alter it into a much simpler: ‘Uw boodschap’, because this is a Dutch website, but I can’t find the file that this title is defined in. Can anybody help me with this?

Furthermore, I’d like ton change the color of the banner. I succeeded in changing the right and left arrow, but the actual banner itself? I can’t find where to change that style. It should be background-color #68972E instead of # 6A8484.

In the demo for iRibbon Pro, there are three box below the call out. Does the free version support the boxes?

Downloaded iRibbon theme. Can make changes in the Dashboard but do not see the files in Plesk File Manager and have selected to show all files. I am looking to change the skin colors.

I would like to add an icon on the product listing that appears on the front end to put the widget up, as it could make that code would be added and that file.

I was trying to work with someone on their blog by changing the colors in the editor. The site shut down and what now shows up is…Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘,’ in /var/www/html/blog2/wp-content/themes/iribbon/core/core-functions.php on line 54.

I changed the color in the core-functions for the ribbons:

$color = ‘default’ ; and changed it to $color = ‘defe4e’

and tried to remove the shadow behind the font on the ribbon

$font = apply font (the font style); and changed it to $font = the font style;

Now I cannot get into the admin section to fix it! Do you know how to get inside to fix this?
