The menu doesn’t work!

I first set the links (home, contact me, etc) to the primary menu. However, they were in the same space as the Title of the page making the two overlap and look really messy! So, I moved the menu to top bar, fixing that issue. HOWEVER, now, the little three line option that says “Menu” for tablets and phones……while it is still there, when you click it, there is nothing (because there is NO primary menu due to problem above).

So my question is……how do I fix the title and primary menu overlap OR how do I get rid of the three little lines that can be clicked on and nothing appears?

I would love to have the primary menu UNDER the main title where the three little lines/bars are, but that does not seem possible?

I could use some help ?? thank you!

PS…….when you go to the page, these problems will not show up for the most part, as I have made adjustments so it would look right until I could get help ??

Help – where can I change the default header image in the InVogue theme?
I have tried to go through all the settings, but can’t find the header image anywhere.
