The links on the Services and Contact Us boxes on the jumbotron do not work. I suspect that the /#services and /#contactus is missing, but I have no way (or knowledge) to add this code to those sections.
I am using Softaculous to edit and update my site.

I use actually the Theme Illdy.
On PCs no problems with menu.
On Mobile , the last item doesn’t have link (it has on PC version)

I have used the theme Illdy with many of my websites and they have all gone down due to a technical error.
I think the theme is the issue as when I login to my dashboard I get the following notice ‘Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.’
Does anyone know if this can be fixed?
I haven’t made a WordPress site in a while so the theme wasn’t up to date. I have updated it now and this hasn’t seemed to have fixed the issue.

I added the counter section to my website and it turned out, that the counter works on most of the devices but not on all. There were problems for example on a Google Pixel 6 and on a Fairphone (both using Chrome). Other Android Smartphones worked though (Huawei, OnePlus).
When I use the screen size tester in Chrome and Firefox everything looks fine too.
The only difference between the used devices would be the size of the screen. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

]]>I added a header video in the jumbotron section and it works fine on desktop. Unfortunately it is not visible on tablet or mobile. When I’m in the customizer I can see the video on all devices but when I check on an actual device, it isn’t working.

Ce site est ma première, je le travaille avec l’éditeur WP. Je rencontre quelques problèmes de conception ici en trois points :
1-l’affichage du menu dans le jumbotron de mon site est assez mal aligné. Comment faire en sorte qu’il se mette en pleine page comme le reste de la page d’accueil ?
2-mes liens hypertextes se mettent tous en jaune sur la page, je ne peux régler que la couleur de survol. Comment changer cette couleur d’affichage ?
3- dan le tableau de cette page, je voudrais que mes caractères s’affichent en noir, or ils restent en gris quels que soient les réglages https://bit.ly/3HrWM1V Comment faire ?

I am using an image as the background in the Jumbotron section. My image is portrait. When I scroll down, I would love to be able to scroll down the whole image from top to bottom before then “scrolling with page”. Is that possible? At the moment, I only see the middle section of the image. Thank you so much in advance!

Ive created a brand new WordPress site and have installed the free theme for Illdy. Ive followed the install instruction (although the video is a bit out-dated) and can view the home page sections as it should be when im logged in and customizing the website.
However, When im logged out, or viewing it in a Incognito mode tab the home page isnt showing all the sections as when im logged in.
I dont see any setting specifically limiting section/features to logged in users only.
Any idea what could be going wrong, or something Ive forgotten to do?

Following a long-overdue theme update, I find that the URLs linking Projects images (in the widgets on the landing page) to the different call out pages are no longer working.
I’ve tried all sorts of things (in both Appearance>Customizer & Appearance>Widgets) including deleting all the widgets entirely and starting again. But I cannot get the URL links to actually link to the call out pages.
Is there some trick here that I am missing?
NOTE: the widgets are currently deleted to avoid confusing people. I have, instead, inserted the links in a bit of text above where the widgets would normally be.

]]>A few years ago, after updating my site theme (Illdy) a number of times and experiencing no problems, I updated and my whole site went into a mess. So I re-installed a back-up and have avoided updating it since.
[My site is running on Version 1.0.29. The current version is 2.1.9]
It has now reached a point where I think I need to update (a few things aren’t working so well and there are things I can’t install because it is an old version) but am very nervous about doing it because of this history.
Back in 2016, I customized the theme directly. i.e. I didn’t make a child theme which I now understand I should have and that this is part of the problem.
My site is backed-up regularly and frequently but I am not particularly tech-savvy.
I’m looking for help on how I can go about this theme update with as little risk as possible.

The menu wont scroll to the right section.

I was wondering how I could change the settings so that the background-size for the jumbotron image could be “70%@important” in the inline CSS of the homepage instead of “background-size: auto!important” or other similar settings. The image isn’t showing up properly on mobile with the current settings. I believe this style is set by the “Image Size” field in the theme customizer, but I was wondering 1) how I could circumvent that either in the code myself and if 2) the developers could add that feature. I would be greatly, greatly appreciative. Thank you!
]]>Hello! When we try to customize the web site it goes blank intermittently, as if it updates all the time. We tried to disconnect all the plugins and connect them one by one to see if any of the current ones that we use is causing the problem. But it seems that the plugins aren’t the problem. Sometimes the blinking goes away by itself but shortly after returns after every change we make or after refreshing the page. How could we solve this problem? Thanks!
]]>I reported this issue months ago, but my client has just tried updating this theme again, and it is still broken (rendering the entire website empty).

As per the documentation, this function was only introduced in WP 5.2:

There are 2 reasonable fixes:
Mark the required WP version of all releases that include this function as minimum of 5.2, so older versions will not try to update the theme.
Alternatively, check the function exists (or the WP version) before calling it. e.g.

When I add a feature image to a blog post the feature image is not showing on the blog post at the top: https://huizeph-d-o-t-nl.alvast-online.nl/2020/12/mette-bus-faamnaam-van-2020/ But it is showing at the homepage.
