I’m referencing my website, using the ilisa theme.
https://www.loreleipepi.com/news
If you visit the site and hover your cursor over the top navigation menu items, it is not possible to select the sub-menu items. The nav button and sub-menu button areas do not connect, so a roll-over causes the menu to deactivate and the submenu disappears.
I tried adjusting the .clearfix:after but that didn’t do anything. What can I adjust? I don’t know enough about the CSS to determine what to change.
thanks for any help you will offer.
]]>Dear all,
we`re using the ilisa theme, on the hompage in Firefox occurs the prompt: 550 No such directory. I′ve switched off all plugIns and started the theme installation again, but the prompt still appears.
Does anyone know this problem and can explain how I can fix it?
Thanks in advance and best regards

Here is my website: https://davidakoch.com/
The link color is blue. I have tried to go into the style/css page and change the link color, but have had no luck. I have made a child theme and made the appropriate changes there, but still have had no luck.
I am wondering what is in the style css sheet that is preventing me from changing link colors.
Thanks
]]>hi – I have the reverse request of Curious Forks. I would like to have my post page show only excerpts of the posts. Could someone tell me how and where to alter the code to do this please? thanks!
]]>Hello.
We’d like to be able to not display the date, author name, metadata on posts, but don’t see how to do this with the basic theme. We’ve installed/activated a recently published plugin, “WP Author, Date and Meta Remover,” that seems to be able to do this with many themes, but doesn’t with Ilisa, a theme that we have wholeheartedly embraced. Can you help?
Thanks very much.
The default position for the logo in Ilisa is left of screen. How to centre it? Step-by-step instructions would be appreciated. Love the clean look of the theme so want to continue using it. Thanks.
]]>Hi,
I would like my whole articles to show up in the category archives instead of a small excerpt? How can I do this?
Thanks a lot!

I want to enter each category a grid with outstanding images of each entry and the last a little bigger than the other, just like showing: https://www.upsocl.com/

I’ve managed to upload this theme to my site, but it doesn’t seem the sytlesheet is crossing over. You can look at my website at https://www.davidakoch.org and see what I’m getting. It doesn’t see the style sheet is passing over. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
]]>Hi-
I have an image in a post that I want to make responsive. After checking out different options, I see lots of plugins for creating slideshows or galleries of multiple images that are responsive, but I just want to make one image responsive (because I only have one image in the post). I’m not an expert coder, and I’m wondering if there is a plugin to do this, or if there is some fairly simple code to use. Thanks!
BTW: I’m using the Ilisa theme

I’ve moved the main menu to below the header image, but can’t seem to figure out how to remove the dividing line that sits right on top of my menu now. Can anyone help?

]]>Hi! I’ve tried doing a search before I posted this and all i get is a page with ‘loading’ written on it every time (and nothing else appears…) so apologies in advance if this has been answered.
I just want to add a simple bit of normal sized text above the box you write comments in (as a kind of comments policy) and I cant seem to find the right place to add this. Any advice about how to do this would also be appreciated, as well as the correct location!
my website is https://atommeetsdream.com in case that helps ??
Thanks!

I have read all the documentation on this and nothing helps. In my settings, I have the front page set for posts (not static.) I want the front page to have a few graphics that I add, and also my posts. When I go to the page list to add the graphics, the front page does not exist. I then added a page called home, thinking I had to make the front page. But now that is just an added page to the front page that I cannot access. It simply doesn’t appear anywhere to be edited. Where is it?

]]>Oh my God, I love this theme. I have struggled to find a theme that looks good in a computer and in mobile devices and tablets and this is the one. I was just wondering if there was anyway I could make my header bleed from edge to edge on the pages. Basically I want to extend the orange bands from edge to edge but keep the rest of the pages and blogs the same width size. I know no code and I’m using the jetpack css editor to copy and paste code that I find in the forums I don’t know if anybody knows the code to do this.
Thank You in advance
]]>Still love this theme, just working on a few minor changes.
Below the post title there’s a line that says “By Author’s Name on June 9th, x comments.”
How can I delete the “By Author’s Name” portion of that line. It’s a bit redundant for my blog. I tried to play around on my own but no luck.
Thanks.
]]>I’m using the Google Fonts plug-in to change the font on the post titles and the menu. The post titles was no problem but the menu font won’t change. The h2-h6 tags don’t seem to affect the menu. Suggestions?

]]>Hi,
Dankesch?n!
]]>Hello, I love this layout.
Just need to make a few tweaks including moving the header image a bit lower. I’d like the menu to remain where it is, but the header image to be closer to the line separating it from the blog posts. Please help. Thanks!

]]>Hi,
First of all, I love ilisa! It is clean and simple and so I am having fun creating a site with it. I am not a developer so I am on a steep learning curve and so I have a couple of questions:
1. The ilisa screen shot includes a gallery. How is that set up? Is it just creating a post with multiple images inserted? Is there a way to wrap text around an image?
2. When you click on the ilisa screen shot, you get a sample of what the HTML creates and I see the option for a form and a table but I can’t see how to do that with the ilisa options etc.
3. If I wanted to convert the blog to a magazine layout – add a carousel or slider and create feature posts is that possible with plugins?
ETA 4. One more question…is there a way to make profiles of the authors display? Profiles are captured in a form but I can’t see how to get them to display.
Thanks,
Joni

Hello,
After searching endlessly for the perfect theme, I cam across Llisa and I really like its simplicity. I have been trying to change the body font for posts and have been unsuccessful. I played with the stylesheet and still couldn’t change the font for posts. Second, I’d like to leave comments for the bottom of each post. I read the other posts on the forum but have no idea what it is that you directed the others to do. Please help. Thanks.
]]>Hi Marion! I love love love the theme, just have a quick question.
Currently, the “comments” link appears below a post’s headline but above the post’s content. I would like the “comments” link to display BELOW the posts’ content, at the very bottom (above the tags/categories line). I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to CSS and editing PHP files and whatnot. Could you please show me which lines of code need to be moved (and in which PHP file) to move the “comments” link down to the bottom of a post? Thanks for your help.
My site is currently wordpress.eightballart.com.
