I was so excited to hear about O2 at WordCampSF 2013, and then so disappointed to realize that the O2 timeline presented there was unrealistic. Meanwhile I’ve tried P2 itself, plus several of the child themes or forks of P2. They’re all great! But maybe just a little bit clunky.
Finally with Houston we get all that P2 fast, easy communication with great WooThemes non-clunkiness (ie “elegance”)

I use Houston every day at Woo.
Houston makes communication clear and easy. While I may be a little bias, given I’ve been heavily involved with the theme during it’s recent development, I’m focussing primarily on the user experience in this review, which comes from me, as a user of Houston.
Communication is a two-way street. Both posting messages and reading what the rest of our team are up to, are made really easy and clear by Houston. Each column in the layout is given the weight it deserves, with the main message column taking priority, and the right-hand sidebar given the least space, to ensure the information is seen as secondary.
The new widget area underneath the post box is really useful. With the text widget styled as a sticky note in this area, it’s really useful for leaving short messages for the team on items they need to be aware of, or reminders to perform certain tasks.
I love Houston and the experience it offers to those who use it.
