If I do a hard refresh, at the time of uploading the page, it shows our main nav menu broken for a couple of seconds. I am experiencing the following error with Hello Child Theme after ‘Publishing’ pages:
After ‘Publishing’ pages, WordPress Pages are not displaying and Elementor Builder not loading.
Troubleshooting:
Disabled all plugins (except Elementor, Elementor Pro) and issue still persists.
I changed theme to Default theme and issue was fixed. Hello Parent theme also fixes the issue. The issue only occurs on Hello Child Theme.
Caching is disabled.
I have discovered that changing the status of a page from ‘Published’ to ‘Draft’ fixes the issue. On Drafts I can load the url and display Elementor Designs, and load Elementor Page Builder. Changing ‘Permalink’ setting to ‘Plain’ also fixes it.

I’m hoping you can help me with something I’ve been struggling with for about 2 weeks now.
The website I created looks as it should (wrt the margins + alignment) on my Chrome + Firefox but different on my Edge. It also looks different on the clients Safari + Chrome.
Also the mobile + tablet views are extremely off. It seems as if something is fundamentally wrong with my setup etc. because everything is jumbled and this is the case with all pages.

]]>Hi. I’ve been having an issue with fixed backgrounds, they worked properly until a couple of days ago, now they aren’t working. The background scrolls with the rest of the content, but from Chrome’s inspector I can see the background-attachment: fixed property on the elements correctly.
I have Elementor + Hello Theme, the issue went away when disabling the Hello theme.

I recently updated Elementor Pro on one of my websites, and the result was a broken Header (I am using the Theme Builder’s Custom Header Templates). The template was no longer visible and only the Site Title is shown in the header, ie. the default Hello Elementor header.
It’s unclear whether I now need to disable something in the Hello Elementor site settings, but now whenever I try to go into the Theme Builder’s header template, it gives me an error:
“Sorry the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
I switched the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four and the Headers now work again.
I am working on an entirely new additional website right now as well, and the same thing is happening on a site with no content or plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro, and the Hello Elementor Theme. This seems to be some kind of bug with the theme.

]]>Autoscroll error for Amelia Booking plugin, when Hello Elementor theme is active.
I��ve encountered an issue with the autoscroll in the catalog module. When I click the ��service/package details�� button, I am correctly directed to the detail content, but the autoscroll does not function as expected. Instead of taking me to the top of the catalog content, it stops at the image level, just below the header of the catalog module. This hides the ��book�� and ��go back�� buttons.
If I deactivate the Hello Elementor theme and activate the default theme, the autoscroll works perfectly.
I have tried adjusting the padding and margin of the sections in Elementor, but it seems the autoscroll anchor point remains at the same offset. This problem prevents the entire desired content from being immediately visible.
I would like to be able to adjust the autoscroll offset to bring it to the top of the page, so that the ��book�� and ��go back�� buttons are always visible after autoscrolling.
Could you help me resolve this issue or suggest a solution to adjust the autoscroll offset?

We did a migration of the site on another server and changed the FTP access (Debian 12, vsftpd). When we try to update Hello Elementor, it asks for the ftp login (with the old server hostname). When we enter the correct credentials with the good hostname, we have a credential error if we chose FTP. If we chose FTP/SSL, no log error but it says “Impossible to create the folder wp-content/upgrade/hello-elementor.3.1.0”
And anytime we try to update it asks for the FTP credentials.
