After going live i don’t see the sections on the website on the homepage.

I have tried different solutions. I have changet the themes and installed the theme again. Do you have any solutions to solve this problem ? The button in the customiser page is greyed out and not selectable. Please your help !

How can I change the registration letter written in the bottom section and customize it?

My page has worked fine in mobile and desktop browsers for a long time. This morning, it looks like an issue is preventing the menu from working in mobile device browsers (Safari and Chrome on iOS).

Opening the same link in a desktop browser, I see the expected 5 menu items in the menu bar. When I look in the mobile browsers, I see the expected dropdown box, that should open up the 5 options when clicked. This behaviour is correctly previewed in Theme / Menu configuration. But clicking on the menu dropdown has no effect.

I did update several plugins a few days ago, but did not notice any negative consequences.

Since this issue started, I updated to the latest version of the theme. No change.

How do you disable the animation of the featured-title text in the home page slider?

The 3 sections seem perfect along with their buttons in preview mode after publishing (live view). But not shown for other audience or if I look at my page as an outsider.

Any ideas, please?

I am a volunteer for Western Border Collie Rescue. I host and keep the website updated. Sometime between today and three weeks ago, the formatting got messed up. I am the only one with access, and I did not log in in the past three weeks to make any changes. After I was made aware of the issue, I updated all my plug-ins, but that did not seem to have any effect.

What shows in the visual editor looks fine, but what shows in the preview (and real site) is full of weird spacing issues. What’s also strange is when previewed, the correct formatting flashes for a second and then it goes all wonky. Here’s a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWSyJ6SbKWA

The issue is on all pages, so it’s not specific to the page that I regularly update (the “Adopt” page)

When I try to edit the widgets for the footer I get this message:
“There was an error. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘map’)”
I’ve tried to delete the Legacy Widget, but each time I update, I get the same message.

I posted this over a week ago in the Grow Business thread but haven’t had any replies yet so trying my luck here.

I have noticed that on all of my blog pages, the title is displaying in both the bar across the top and again in the blog itself. I would like to remove the second title (keep the one in the bar and remove the one with the rest of the blog) as it’s looks messy with duplicate headings at the moment.

Is there a way to achieve this across the site please? There are hundreds of blog posts so I would like to avoid doing them all individually if possible.

Looking forward to any responses – help much appreciated! ??

I am using the Grow theme. Even though I have unchecked “Show page title and tagline”, these elements are still shown, along with their section. I have tried custom CSS (as follows), but it does not work). Perhaps this is a bug in the template?

Have discovered that the “Grow Pro Theme” do not respect the “WooCommerce Product Image Size or Product Thumbnail Image Size” that is configured in the “Grow Pro Theme” settings. Located at : Appearance | Customize | WooCoommerce | Product Images.

On an mobile device (iPhone 8), I do not see 150px size if that is set in the theme settings. Same applies on a regular Web Desktop PC. The thumbnail size is always approx 600px. Same applies for the product image.

What is going on here?

I noticed something wrong after the last update of the theme Grow.

The text on the main bar (Home/About/…) became ugly and hard to read, somehow tiny and pixelated.
Before that everything was superb. Very bright and nice.

How do I make the page title bar an appropriate size? Thanks.

How can I enlarge the font size on all mobile devices? The text both in the content of the pages and in the menu are too small to read.

I have updated all the plugins and the theme. The theme is “About Grow” the free version.

I was successful in enlarging the <p> tag to 18px for desktop, through the customization of the theme’s css.

I work with this theme. I can not change anything in CSS. when I change everything in style.css file and update file, nothing is changed.

for example I change

background: #fff;
}

to

body {
background: #000;
}

nothing changes.

Please help me about changing CSS. I want to change my website’s style.

Also what does this mean “This child theme inherits templates from a parent theme, Grow.” and why there is two style.css?

How do I remove the section with the list of all my pages which appears below the logo?

The Grow Theme was absolutely amazing at the beginning. Lately, i have noticed extra white spaces appeared out of nowhere. I haven’t touched the code. I tried to do something like: .site{margin: 0 auto;} or body{max-width: 100% !important;} with no results!

That problem is visible throughout the whole website (homepage and other pages too).

How can i solve this?

when uploading an image in Media Library, aside from the original file, it generates many other file-versions with variety of sizes.
Currently in my case, it generates 24 more files from a single upload.
It is said that this is because of the theme (in my case Grow).

How to stop generating some of these files?

What is the best width and height for the slider images for all devices? Currently the images are 954px by 474px and smaller. The images are being cut off the sides both for desktop and responsive.

I’ve just installed wordpress on public host and started my website using Grow theme.
When I tried to customize it, the blank screen was opened and the sidebar with the options is also blank.

I’ve opened my Chrome browser console and found this error:

Failed to load resource:

the server responded with a status of 500 ()

I’ve done everything on creating my site previously on my localhost and everything is perfect there.

What is the problem now?

I installed the Product categories Widget in sidebar in the Widgets page in the admin panel.
Well, the sidebar is not shown in the category pages.

How to activate it?

There is nothing about sidebar in the Customize theme area.

Help! I have very little experience with WordPress, I’ve just been feeling my way through this. A few days ago a huge white area appeared below the header image on all my pages. I found it’s the preheader element but I don’t know why it did this or how to get rid of it. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

In post pages, there is the area in the top with the big title of the post, including the breadcrumbs of the post.
In the background, there is a picture of people shaking hands.

I wanted to know how to change this picture, as I couldn’t seem to find it out myself.
