I am admittedly on the free product, but we had an odd event come up recently and reached out to the forums for help. From there we were able to connect up with Skandha, who was quite willing to help us with our issue. Although the problem went away on its own, I have to give credit where due: they provide excellent customer service! I could have been told to upgrade to the paid product, or that I’d have to figure it out myself, but that wasn’t the case. Skandha was very helpful and nice, and I guarantee that once we move up to a paid theme, we’re going to make sure it’s one of theirs. Thanks again!

I’m using a theme called Gridalicious and it’s working out very well. There was one small change I needed in the behavior of the home page grid image roll over, and I got an accurate fix/ response the first time and right away too. I highly recommend catchthemes.com templates.

Not only is it stunning, it comes with a cool expanding search form built into the menu. That’s cool! What is also really cool is their support services. Even using their free themes I have always been able to get support in setting up the theme.
