Child theme has problem with the Template parts. After creating, none of the pages display a header or a footer or any other template parts. And in editor, block show message “Template part has been deleted or is unavailable: header/footer/etc.”
All Template parts need to be manual inserted again on all Templates.
]]>The footer is not fixed to the bottom of the page, so when the page content is short, the footer appears higher up instead of at the bottom.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this so that the footer remains anchored to the bottom of the page, regardless of the content length?
is there a setting?
Thank you

Hi:
If I use the Greenshift Stylebook to load a google font, is that font then available for non-greenshift blocks like the native gutenberg paragraph block?
Thanks!
]]>I just updated my website theme from a classic one to the Greenshift theme using Greenshift plugins. After the update, my product Attributes do not show up in the shopping cart anymore. Our bracelets have a choice of tassel color and these are not showing up in the cart. The site editor shows attributes on the template page, but not on the frontend. On one of the cloned test sites I switched to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme to test, and they do show up so it must be an issue with Greenshift theme using Greenshift plugins.
Please let me know how to show the product attributes on the cart page.

Hi:
I’m building this site using a temporary domain (shredmed.com) – will be changing it when done. I’m using Greenshift theme and Greenshift blocks. I also use Gutenberg native blocks, Getwid blocks and one or two Otter blocks on various pages, often combined. This hasn’t been a problem before, but working on this site, a couple of different blocks would not go UNDER the mobile menu overlay – they sit on top. I ended up changing out those blocks but in the case of image galleries, I want to use the native Gutenberg gallery block and if you view the site on a smaller size in browser responsive tools, or live on a phone, the gallery sits on top of the mobile menu, rendering the menu unusable. See the page here: https://shredmed.com/galleries/ and here: https://shredmed.com/christmas-wedding/
The menu uses the native wordpress (gutenberg) navigation block.
I have turned off plugins to see if there is a conflict but that didn’t affect anything. You’ll see that on other pages, the mobile menu acts as it should – just pages with the image galleries have the problem.
I also switched to Twenty-twenty-two theme and the mobile menu was fine – opens on top of page content. Switched back to Greenshift theme and problem is back.
Help appreciated!
Is this theme fully compatible with WPML plugin?
I have 2 languages, English and Thai. When I change one language I lost the translation for the second language, it reverts to English.
My product photos are not in the same size on my woocommerce shopping page. Now that I have activated your theme, I don’t see a setting in Woocommerce for this either. Is there a setting in your theme for this?
]]>Hello,
Is your plugin compatible with Polylang? How to translate header and footer?

]]>In Gutenberg Image Block I can wrap text around an image by placing an image and text and then choose in the image to align text left of right. The image will float at the left or the right of the text. I want to do this with Greenshift Image Advanced with Greenshift Text Advanced but when I try it the same way by align text left of right in the image there is nothing happening with the text. Only the image will align left or right, but the text is staying stacked under the image. Even if I place both (text and image) in a row, still the image is not floating near the text. I really hope this is possible with the image advanced because I love the way Image Advanced kan be changed for every device.

]]>I’m getting an error in google search console. I have a video in the homepage using the videobox block and have enabled schema, title and description but the error says it is missing the “uploadDate” field. How can I add that?
“Missing field “uploadDate” Items with this issue are invalid. Invalid items are not eligible for Google Search’s rich results”
I’ve tried to run npm install && npm run build
to add some customizations to the included blocks, etc but it seems there is a missing folder /src
that includes index.js
and settings.js
that are required to compile.
Is it possible to get the missing files somehow?
Do you have some online repo for the theme to clone or whatever?
Thanks in advance,

Hi:
Greenshift adds some options for adding background color to the mobile menu that is different from the desktop menu, using the wordpress native navigation block. That’s handy.
But is it possible to add a background image to the mobile menu (overlay menu)? Just for the mobile, not the desktop.
CSS?
Thanks.
Dear,
Iam having issue with uploading logo to my website. When I try to upload it I get this white square. I watched multiple tutorials and instead of white square I was supposed to see upload mark inside of site logo. I tried to upload a picture of the screen here but it would not work. If you need more details please let me know.

]]>Hi:
I really like the idea of having the ability to add some content above / below the menu in the mobile menu. I created a little pattern and it appears on the dropdown list on the navigation block under “MOBILE MENU TOP AREA TEMPLATE” and I select it and save and nothing happens. I check the live site/menu and it’s not there when I open the menu.
I don’t know where I’m going wrong. (I’m working out design at above url, will later move the site.)
You referenced doing this in a video but there were no details – is there info anywhere about how to make this work?
Thanks!
]]>Hello. First of all, thank you very much for the theme and the plugin.
I don’t know how to make night mode work, I already activated the cookie from the theme options and added the switcher from the patterns.
First I tried it from a local site, where it worked, and then I imported it to my site but it didn’t work there anymore.
I restored my site, to test from 0 without importing from the local site. And it didn’t work for me either.
I don’t know what could be happening.
I hope you can help me with this.
Hi:
When you try to copy text from a page – say the paragraph on the homepage: “Jim Ballard is a singer, songwriter…” you CAN copy it but it’s tricky – you have to right-click and you get no cues telling you if you’ve selected a word or a paragraph and if you “select all” you can get the entire page. This is all on desktop.
I made a child-theme from Greenshift theme for this site.
When I change to TT3 I can select text and copy easily so I think this is a theme style.
My musician clients WANT their stuff to be copyable. Is there CSS I can change or a setting somewhere to enable cues letting you know what you’ve highlighted to copy?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
shortcodes I insert are not displayed. All plugins except the one that uses the shortcode are disabled All plugins and the greenshift theme are up to date. When I switch to the twenty twenty three theme everything works. Any idea what the problem could be

]]>Hi, loving the theme and the animation pack.
My only issue is that the comment forms have a bright orange background that doesn’t match my chosen theme colors. I don’t see any color options for this in the block, nor in the patterns, nor in the “edit site > styles > customize individual blocks settings. It seems like the color is hard-coded into the theme, but that bright orange is a surprising choice!
What would be the best way for me to update this color so it is not bright orange?
]]>Hi everyone.
I am using greenshift theme to make a commercial website. I am of course having a problem with my header.
Specifically when I use mini cart on header. At the same time, if I leave the header sticky on top, there will be a problem that the mini cart cannot be closed when scrolling the web page down.

]]>Hi,
One quick question: is there a way to disable de scale-up effect on the default Button block? I know I can use the buttons of the Greenshift plugin, but I would like to use default blocks for simple things like that. I don’t mind to change this by code, but I don’t know what to write to disable it. I would like to keep the size of the button on hover if possible.
Thanks for the help!
Hi:
I have used the Greenshift Theme on two sites now and am working on a third. In all three cases I started with the Greenshift Theme, then used the Create Block Theme plugin to create a Child Theme so that I could make some template changes, etc. However, I didn’t make the first child theme from the original Greenshift Theme – I made it from the Greenshift Theme AFTER having made some changes in the header and footer templates and in those templates I used a couple of Greenshift Plugin blocks.
The problem is, when I go in to work on the new child theme the first thing I see is that those Greenshift Plugin blocks are Unsupported (even though I have the Greenshift plugin loaded and activated. So I end up having to rebuild these template parts, which kind of defeats the purpose. The Greenshift plugin blocks work in the child theme when I replace them – the problem is they have to be replaced every time.
I posted about this in the Gutenberg forum and they said I should take it to the plugin developer…sigh. The native WordPress blocks ARE supported and don’t need to be put in again.
So to summarize: when I make a child theme of Greenshift Theme, GreenShift – Animation and Page Builder Blocks are unsupported in template-parts that contain them and I have to put them in again, after which they’re fine in that child theme.
Pages that contain GreenShift blocks move from theme to child theme with no problem – as long as I have the plugin loaded and activated they show up with no error messages. It’s just in the template-parts that they’re unsupported.
I don’t know if this is something you can replicate or remedy?
Thanks!
Which blocks support the Additional CSS. I do not see it on Group, Row, Column etc etc
]]>Hi!
Working with your theme – is there some reason why the Greenshift row block only goes from multiple columns to single column, with no variations for tablets?
When I use the Greenshift row-block in page content I often set, say, 4 columns for wide, 2 columns for tablets and landscape phones and 1 column for portrait phones and it’s a wonderful feature!
Now I’m using the row-block in my footer template and it ignores my tablet settings, going from 4 columns to 1 column, which means stuff is getting squeezed and ugly on the tablets/landscape phones. Why? The row-block is working fine in page content but not in the footer template. Is there a setting somewhere affecting this?
Appreciate your assistance!
