This theme is ready for business… but you need to pay (“pro” version) for the logo page custom ! So, I will change theme…

This theme may be great, but this company has TERRIBLE customer service. I paid $39.00 to upgrade to the paid version and when I received the download link, it said invalid order. So, I contact them within an hour of purchasing this item and explain what is going on. They respond back with, “this is a valid purchase”.

I respond again, (less than 48 hours of the purchase) and they tell me that I can provide them with my WP login credentials and they will install it for me. NO WAY am I going to just give away my password. This isn’t an installation issue. I know how to install a template.

I have sent them a screenshot of the download screen with error message and they still won’t help me. Its been almost a month now and I have a case out with Paypal. I am out $39 and no template.

They have also insinuated on Paypal that I am lying. I have emails and dated screenshots, there is more than enough proof to show I am telling the truth. Furthermore, I don’t even care about the refund if they would just send me a valid download link.

To be fair, I really like this template and that’s why I paid to upgrade from the free version. But right now I am completely stuck, they won’t try and fix the problem or refund my money. Being it is a digital item, I don’t even know if Paypal will help me out.

Just take caution before purchasing, I notice one of the 5 star reviews are from the company itself. If the company decides to take action and do something about this, I would be more than happy to update this review.

This is their response to my paypal claim. (Keep in mind, I can’t even download the theme because their link doesn’t work. As I have told them NUMEROUS times this isn’t an installation issue.) I have sent them screenshots. All I need is a valid download link.

Hi, Theme is working fine if we don’t get credentials we can’t determine whether the theme is working or not or you are lying in this regards.As stated in our terms which you have agreed to before purchase it says we do not process refunds.Either comply with us or else we can’t refund you.Regards,Shri

I needed a new look for my author website and spent a lot of time searching. Once I saw and tinkered with Gravida, I was hooked. I’m using the free version right now but will very likely upgrade to Pro in the next few weeks once I’ve worked out the bugs in my free version. Slick layout, easy to use, pretty instinctive, and not hard to make adjustments for a fairly untried WP builder like me. I’ll be keeping Gravida for a long time.
