Dear Support,

My client has been using your theme on this site (see link below). However, after recent WP upgrade, the top menu seems to be broken on mid-size and small screens (laptop, phone, or a small browser size on a computer). The hamburger icon appears on the left instead of the right side and it overlaps with the site logo.

Could you please help and provide some suggestions on how to fix this problem? You can provide some custom CSS to fix it temporarily before your theme upgrade.

Hi, I just started using this Glow theme and every time I start to import the demo content it seems to stuck on ‘import posts and media’.
Please help.

I am having trouble with my site on iPad. The hamburger menu is not responsive on iPad only. Works on all other devices. I’ve tried numerous things and after searching Google I’ve been advised it could be to do with the theme. Can anyone help? I’ve also noticed my header video is not aligned directly under the nav menu as it is on desktop. Any help with that would be much appreciated!

It is starting with sunday??? In the rest of the world the week starts from monday ??

I’m using two of your themes, Glow and Passionate, I believe. When using Child theme configurator plugin the theme breaks, but it works OK without child theme.

Hello forum:

Mobile menu by default is set (as in any other theme) to be collapsed and to open once you toggle the menu icon.

How can we set up the other way around, meaning that initially menu appers expanded and when toggled it will close (collapse)?

On every page except home page.

Been waiting on the promised theme update for many, many months. And I see some updates are OK and welcomed too, however, no good if the site doesn’t work.

Have had to restore website back to previous working order.

I’m having difficulty with Glow, in that I can’t see how to add a Blog button to menu, that connects to the Posts.
I can see it working fine on this demo: https://daisythemes.com/glow/
But where is this in the back end for me to do the same? I’ve checked under Menu – no option to add link to Posts. I have set up 2 test posts, so don’t know why its not working.
Any tips would be much appreciated!

When i downloaded this theme, all of the features that the theme has does not show on mine. For instance, on the front page, i don’t have a scroll, I dont have a services tab, etc. Please help. My website is https://www.changingfacez.com

I have two sites running the same WP and the same Grow theme, yet one site displays a full-width slider whereas for the other I can’t find how to switch that on for the life of me. Can anybody give me a pointer?

Might be missing something, but the ‘about’ widget isn’t displaying correctly from the right page. It’s pulling a synopsis from a post on the slider.

Have left a 5 star review as I am honestly loving this theme so far!

When viewing the Glow template demo on my phone, the menu is listed vertically down the screen. When my site is viewed on my phone, the menu is viewed across the width of the screen like it does on a larger screen.

I compared my css to the css from the demo and they seem to match.

Does anyone know how to make the mobile menu look like it does in the demo?

The header image doesn’t seem to work when I try to customize the theme. It allows me to upload and select one, but it never displays on my site.
