Hi there. I seem to be struggling with Editing the CSS stylesheet to change the font or remove the shadow the current font seems to have in it’s preset form.

Any suggestions? I have tried changing the Stylesheet to specify Georgia instead of the current fonts however still nothing changes when I save this and refresh all pages.

Perhaps I am changing the incorrect section of the stylesheet.

Any suggestions on how to get this corrected?

It seems like perhaps 4.4 broke GamePress. The text area, tags, and feature image options are now missing, and instead of “Publish” it says, “Submit for Review”. Attempting to use this will deliver the message, “You are not allowed to edit this post.” even if you are an administrator.

No matter what settings or themes I choose, the slider “bubbles” are always red. This is kind of an eye sore and I’d like to do away with it if possible.

What slider and version is this theme using?

I had your PRO version of GamePress Theme. I’m seeing your no longer doing support for that just the free version. However that being said. I’d certainly like to make sure my site is not going to be compromised by this threat.

I’ve been receiving an error via the hosting log file that states:

This appears to be this section of code in the theme:

Any ideas on why this would generate an error? The hosting is suggesting this might be contributing to a recent 500 Internal Server error, though after 18 months of use it’s the first time it’s cropped up.

After activating Gamepress as the default theme on WordPress, the WordPress Administrator’s contrast changes immediately, everything that should be black get white and v.v.
Reinstalling won’t help..

How to solve this problem?

As the topic title says. I was looking to use a couple of handy plug-ins for giving my authors a bit of extra profile but I notice when you click on their names it only shows main posts they’ve authored. Not game review articles.

Is there a possible fix for this?

I’d like to have only one wide footer widget bar for an ad. Is there a way to disable 2 bars and just have 1 wide widget bar on the bottom?

Any word on this? My site looks great, I love this plug-in, but it’s not so good on phones. Really needs a responsive version and mobile plug-ins don’t pick up reviews and videos.

I’m trying to add this click-fraud monitoring divider to the theme’s ad block:

It doesn’t save it at all. I paste it in, copy the adsense code and save. GamePress just removes that divider and only uses the ad’s code.

What am I missing?

Please help. We are having problems with the responsiveness of the theme. The images are not adapting properly when viewed from a PC vs. a Mac. For example when I pull up my site (www.ztwins.com) from a PC the images for my ‘recent posts’ on the home page are taking up the entire screen when they should just be small thumbnails. Please help. I have tried using different browsers (IE & Mozilla) but that does not make a difference. I have even tried using different PC’s and the problem still exists. Also some of the widgets are appearing blown up and are overlapping each other when viewed from a PC. An example is the social media widget we have on the sidebar. I love this theme and even upgraded and bought the PRO version but it is not looking right on when we test on PC’s. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is a great theme, but no one with an iPad can use it as the drop down menus on this theme don’t work on any iPads.

Please provide a fix for this if you can. It would really be appreciated, thanks.

my website uses Gamepress. If I chose a front page view that uses thumbnails (big or small), it’s fine on regular posts but on game review posts the images don’t resize so I’m having to use ‘display full content on each post’ rather than ‘display excerpt and big/small thumbnail.’

Can anyone advise?

here’s an image of it – the first two posts are regular posts, the next one is a game review (of Surgeon Simulator if you’re wondering ‘what the hell?!) and that messy image is the featured image.

today i purchased the Pro-Version of this theme (so i have a child theme now), but there is a problem with the social icons widget.
When i put the URLs in and click on save, it only shows me the choosen title, but no icons. ??

I tried it in every possible place (footer, sidebar) but the result is always the same: no icons.

Hello, i activated the Theme and everything works great, But not on Internet Explorer. I selected ”small image with exerpt” On Chrome and Firefox its work but on IE the Images are so large that the screen is full of big pictures and i cant see anything.

Does anyone know how to keep the “Featured Posts” from showing up with the posts that are not featured, under the slider. In other words I do not want to have the same posts that are transitioning in the slider to also show up under the slider, with those that are not featured.

Unfortunately I do not see the FeaturedImage show up when viewing the actual review.
Can’t figure out why.

Our website loads in correctly for viewers, but we are no longer able to access our dashboard to make any changes.

When trying to get to the dashboard, a blank page shows up.

We haven’t altered the website for weeks, so I don’t know what triggered this problem.

Javascript is not working on my site with this theme, any idea why that is? I tried turning caching off and it didn’t help, thanks in advance for the assistance!

Hey, whenever I edit a page, there’s a sidebar selection on the right (where you drag them from active to inactive). When I swap those around, nothing changes on the pages, the “Main sidebar” widget seems to be the sidebar that always appears.. Can I somehow fix this? Perhaps with a new page.php?
