I went in the customize menu and when I went to header and I changed the elemntor custom header and my menu disappeared. the I saw the note “This will override all options defined below and disable the header and main menu.“. how can I restore to the default appearance of the menu of the theme, because I tried everything and I can not get a menu and logo on top of the page

I am having a problem with the writing effect headline no longer being animated. Everything is up to date and running Futurio Extra V2.0.13, Futurio Theme V1.5.4, and WordPress V6.6.2

The “Writing effect headline” tool no longer works on WordPress sites version 3.24.2. I tested it on several websites, and the problem persists. All my plugins and theme are up to date. Am I the only one?

This error message has recently started appearing many times. If I put Elementor into safe mode the error goes away. Looking around for solutions appears to point to a problem in the theme.

I paid for futurio pro in 11/2023, it’s saying my license is expired, but it shouldn’t be, it hasn’t been a year. I’m unable to contact anyone by any means because it thinks I’m expired.

Will not renew if I’m only going to get 6 months of use for a one year license.

Hello, I have just installed your theme to try and also installed the plugin so I can get the demo pages (One Click Demo Import). I activated the App Landing page. But when I tried to update the logo (from site identity) and other content, I couldn’t seem to be able to reflect in the preview or the live site.

I have a home in the menu and a contact us on the menu.

The contact us is an custom link with an ID link /#contact-us/ but when either on home or on contact us both menu items are highlighted as active?

There’s a way to change the logo when the site is opened on a smartphone? In the options, i only see where set a image for normal logo, not mobile one, my logo is big and not fits well on mobile version.

In the Ocean demo, in the blog section, Futurio uses a shortcode [futurio-posts]. However, I cannot find any reference to these shortcodes in the documentation. Where can I find them without having to go and study the code directly?

E’ la prima volta che utilizzo il tema futurio, ma riscontro problemi nella personalizzazione della home page per quanto riguarda lo sfondo delle varie sezioni.

Sto personalizzando la homepage con Elementor e nell’inserire le immagini sia come sfondo di alcune sezioni che come immagini normali, non me le fa visualizzare nell’anteprima. Quando ho Elementor aperto e sono in fase di modifica, vedo regolarmente le immagini che ho inserito. Ma al momento che carico l’anteprima non vedo più le immagini che ho caricato.

Futurio Main Menu does not work on mobile device at all. When you click on it then only an X appears and the menu is not scrolling down (nothing happens). I’ve heard the solution could be modifying custom code, but I am not a professional and am not able to cope with it anyway. Please help! ??

I’m a pro user but unfortunately the support forum on your website doesn’t work (although I’m logged in there and have a lifetime deal).

I need to change the breaking points (view port) of the mobile menu, so that it’s getting shown when the screen is smaller than 1200px (otherwise the menu gets from one line into two lines which doesn’t look good). unfortunately I can’t find these settings in the theme options, so I’m trying to get help here ??

After opening and closing the menu on mobile, the entire page shifts left. It will eventually shift back after scrolling up and down a bit. Is there any way to fix this? I have already done the plugins test (turning off all one by one) and it is still happening.

I hope someone does reply as it seems like there has been no support on this theme for free users for over a year.

I am trying to reduce page load speeds for a WP website using Futurio theme – currently at 10.1s fully loaded

This is the line presented on the gtmetrix performance test

It takes 5.6s where it looks like it tries to load 2 fonts which are present but eventually result in a 404.

After tracking a little by disabling one by one the plugins used on the website, Futurio extra was the one that, while disabled, the error messages stopped showing. Now I don’t now the specificts of this plugin that makes it fail. But cause me concerns…

I am using Futurio with Elementor, and I wanted to include an image carrousel, but I need to resize them so that they have the same height. When I configure it in Elementor (using the visual editor), it appears correctly, but I publish and view the page, and they are all different heights.

When I sent the xml data by manual import, unfortunately it didn’t work, I got the information about connectivity problems – 403 error.
I was talking with hosting support and they explained to me that probably their IP is blocked by you.

I had an question, we are working on a webshop with futurio theme. We want change colors but every time we get this notification ; for more colors upgrade to Futurio PRO.

When I activate the futurio Extra plug-in, my M365 mailing plugin tells me that there is a problem with the mailing function and that Futurio Extra is giving a conflict.

I purchased the theme and I created 2 support tickets already trough the payed support but I never get any response. Is the developer still active?

I have seen you guys disablled the link from js and when i remove that it still not working. The problem is when i click on menu that have children it takes me back to page instead of showing submenu.

The theme don’t work with versions 7.4 and 8.*. Give me the error 500, when i activated that versions on PHP.
