My site got updated and the appearance is all messed up from it. I need several pages on my website to be full width and not have a sidebar. There does not appear to be an option to adjust this. When I go to “page attributes” there is no option for “template.” The “Sidebar” section for the page will not allow me to not have a sidebar. Please help!!!

How do I pull through the demo content into the template so that it can look the same as the demo and pull through all the pages and images.

how do I select pages to show or not show on the header menu?
It automatically shows the any new page on the menu, and i don’t want all of it to show.

Hi guys,

A simple addition to the FreeStore code to allow overriding of the header cart display would be to check if the freestore_wc_header_add_to_cart_fragment function already exists in includes/inc/woocommerce-header-inc.php

This way you can override the template version and define the function manually in functions.php in a child theme and set the text to whatever you like – and it’s only a single additional line of code for you guys (an if function exists before the function definition).

The theme is great and this would be a really helpful addition for more flexibility!

Is there an easy way of removing the sidebar from the Woocommerce pages when using the FreeStore Theme

Hi, I am trying to display a permanently-visible search and drop-down menu on the left hand side of the display. I have managed to add the search and menu widget to the sidebar on the right. I came across the following CSS code which works when you load the site but as soon as I search or select a menu item the sidebar jumps back to the right.

Hi, First of, thanks for the beautiful theme, it does everything I want it to do so far. The one thing I am struggling with is the quality of the woocommerce product images (thumb, catalog and single product images). I have tried to regenerate thumbs using the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails by Alex Mills to various sizes (that I though would work based on the theme and the inspect within chrome browser). Is there a way to force it to load higher resolution images, or some css to control it? The most problematic ones seem to be the tall vertical banner images. It is tough to have such drastically different product image ratios to deal with. Thanks in advance for your help.

there’s a bug with your theme, the SHop page (woocommerce) which is supposed to show the products from the shop does not display ANYTHING! Just a blank page, and is also only recognizing ONE product (it says smth like “displaying the only product found” (but it doesn’t display anything!), no matter how many products you have set up.
Individual products are viewable, they are all set up to show in “search % catalog”, category pages are working , only the SHOP page is buggy.

Must be some sort of wrong connection between that and the permalinks, anyways, fact is the theme is not really woocommerce compatible.

It’s not the other plugins I might have installed, switching back to twenty theme shows the shop page without any problem with all the other plugins active. Switching back to your theme makes the contents of the Shop page to vanish.

I am using Woocommerce 2.6.14 with Freestore theme. My shop pages show product in 4 columns across the top row, but only 3 in the second row, then the product images go to a second page. How do I get 4 product columns in both rows on the page? I’m a newb with limited coding experience.

I was having problems customizing my new theme, so I reverted back to the old one, and now when I try to do a live preview on some of the other themes, it just goes to a blank white screen. It will do a live preview on a couple of them, just not some of them.

I am getting multiple Missing Author and Missing Update errors on my Pages from Googles Webmaster tools.

Some support topics indicate a change is needed in the single.php file of the theme (which can be placed in my Child Theme section), but I am not au fait with php.

Can you assist on how to resolve this issue?

I was wondering if there was a way to get the sidebar to show above the content on a mobile phone. I have woocommerce filter widgets in the sidebar of the shop pages, and right now all the filters are below the content on mobile, but I’d love for them to be above.

I love this theme, but I have run into a problem. The text at the top must be lighter to been seen on the darker background (where the header text is) however, there is no option to change the link color as it currently is the same as the header text. I need to change it to be darker in the actual body of the website. You can see an example here.

The header text that says Stepping Stones to Crystal basics, the tag line and the primary menu are perfect.

However, if you scroll down to the body of the page, the link information is very very light. I would like that to be a darker purple.

Can that be done? if so, how? I am not a code kinda gal, but I do know how to copy and paste into CSS…….help?

Is there CSS code to be able to remove Posted in Uncategorized under the post?

I found out that following code will only remove it from frontpage and this code doesn′t work with individual posts.

    display: none;
}

So what is the correct code to make it happen with individual posts or is there good plugin to do that?
