I’d like to add a widget underneath a video posted on our home page that displays the most recent blog post. I can only seem to add that widget around, or in the footer bar of the theme. Is there a simple patch for this?
See thedkco.com
I want to add the recent post in the large empty white space beneath the video.
I’ve got a site using the Flint theme. https://lile.biz/
I have a page set up to be a blog page https://lawrencelile.com/?page_id=80 which is working quite well. I’d like to have a brief title for that particular page, but the title of the page which is set in the WordPress Edit Page screen doesn’t seem to show up in the page. Menus that link to that page show it as “Random Energizing THoughts” but the title doesn’t show up when you finally arrive there.
Of course I am a N00B, not to HTML but new to WordPress, so this may have an obvious solution. I’ve dug into the HTML under Appearance>Editor, and have fixed a few things I wanted to change there (Removed a search bar for example), but have not figured out how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

]]>This looks completely unnatural. You need to remove this column. In this way we will have more space for content. Second, the featured image to be displayed only in excerpts. Or … It can also be displayed as an image in its full size at the beginning (top) of the post.
Thanks in advance
]]>I love it. But … What about widgets? Does this Theme supports this?
I have a sidebar which I filled with widgets. Home is not showing anything. Other sites (post and pages) show but the footer section, one widget below the other on a gray background.
How to solve this problem? Thanks in advance
