I have full version of FastNews. I bought a few years ago.

I would like to add space between my header (logo area) and the main body container. When I removed the secondary menu it pulled everything up. Any help would be appreciated

I need to add a calendar from another site to mine via url. When they make changes to their site it updates on mine.

I have looked through the forums and am confused as to which option is best.
Any help would be appreciated

I had really many problems after update:

(1) Layout manager not working. If I want to have a sidebar, or choose a layout for a post or a page, I have to do it manually, editing every post/page separetely.

This also means, that I cannot change the layot of front page if front page is my latest posts. I cannot ge a sidebar there.

(2) The layout and widget options just vanished after update. If I restore the site with backup, I don’t dare to update it…

(3) Widgets (small artickles lists and Entry list 2) show 8 posts, and not other options I have tried to chose. Exerpt lenght also does not change.

(4) The thumbnail of the featured image is too big. There is a tiny space, where the headline breaks in 10-15 lines. Earlier I had managed this with css and the thumbnail was 350px. Now it won’t change size.

No could please somebody help!!! I have several sites with this theme, packed with posts, images etc. To change theme would be difficult and I really have liked this theme. But as it is now, it is USELESS.

I could think of buying the pro version; but I cannot buy something I cannot trust.

Trying to solve a problem with my Fast News child theme I asked about this on stackoverflow.com and a guy named Hobo found an incorrect code line in the front.php file. Also here the kopa_front_after_setup_theme() function should be made pluggable. Can you improve this file?

Hi

I have about 900~ + pages apart from the home page no widgets are appearing on any other pages?

It completely reset my modified CSS file. I did have a backup plugin installed that I had used within the past five days, however, it apparently does not work as backsup are ‘invalid’ when opening.

There goes an hour messing with the CSS file again.

Featured image also shows inside the post body. I dont want them to appear inside the body.

How change the slider size ?

How to display it only on the homepage ?
