I now bought 3 themes for my new project I’m working on

with every theme I had issues and with the last one I did a complete setup and nothing worked correctly so I asked the support and they simply did a complete import of their demo an destroyed all my data – so I exploded obviously..

So I was looking for a new one and tried Fastica Free version which was looking very promising – As I wanted more possibilities I also bought this one and had a small question/issue after the demo import – one of the frontpage possibilities wasn’t available (the one they had on the screenshot and with the free version).

I wrote a mail and within minutes, yes minutes, I got a reply.

I asked 2-3 other follow up questions which where replied also very fast.

Incredible that this still does exist, a support which is fast and helps very quickly.

For the theme itself it is what I was looking for and highly customizable. A documentation is still missing but they are working on it. But it’s very easy to understand so even without a full documentation you can find your back.

I’m very happy with it for now but I still have a lot of work to do to fully adapt the theme lol ??

My business is expanding and I needed a separate website for the new product offerings. In the past I have always hired the web design out, unless it was wysiwyg. For this one I decided to try my hand at word press. I found a theme I liked with Desert Themes and being new to WordPress I had a problem installing the theme I wanted because it was a child theme. I contacted tech support thinking it might take a day or so to get back to me and then they would send me some instructions on what to do that I didn’t understand. To my surprise, they replied through their chatbot within a few minutes. I explained the problem I was having and they asked me to open a support ticket and said not to worry they would install everything for me. I did as they asked and opened a support ticket thinking “here we go, it’s going to take forever to get a reply” and to my surprise again, within minutes they emailed me and explained child themes install a little differently and offered to install everything for me. I accepted their offer to install and they said not worry, it would be done soon. My new theme is installed and looks great! Desert Themes has been great to work with, has beautiful themes and their customer service is some of the most responsive and best I have ever had! I highly recommend them!
