Hi, as of last week I’ve encountered numerous issues with product images on product pages. Everything is still displayed as expected on the homepage and category pages, but on product pages there are two main problems:
If I look at the single product template, there is an error in the product gallery block: “The following error was returnedproductGalleryClientId and clientId codes mismatch.
“
According to WordPress support, a new WordPress update was rolled out last week and it appears this has conflicted with your theme to cause these problems. In fact, as I type this all product images have actually disappeared from product pages altogether, so this is a serious problem.
Can you please investigate this conflict between your theme/product gallery block within your theme and the latest WordPress update?

]]>Hi guys, I’ve recently installed the Fashion Vista theme for a client’s ecommerce site, and I’m in the process of configuring it.
One of the early issues I’ve encountered is that the cart icon is dead, i.e. there are no visual dynamic numbers added to it when someone adds an item to the cart. I’d expect there to be a ‘0’, ‘1’, 2′ etc on the icon as and when a user updates the cart.
How do I resolve this?
The shop hasn’t been published yet, as we’re still updating content.
