Excellent support even I’ve got only demo version and now I am considering to buy PRO version of this theme. For the first time in my life. They will help you and provide even add CSS codes to solve your issues and then they will ask what else they can do for you. I never met with such a great approach to the client on WP.
I use Fashion Diva for e-commerce. We sell tea and coffe, but the theme is perfect for us and gives us all we need + the excellent support = I found what I was looking for and will build my kingdom here ??

Raj answered my query simply and with a solution in one email. A nice change from the norm with others which seems to be getting a standard response, regardless of what you say in the email, then multiple emails back and forth to explain before you give up in sheer frustration. Good on you Raj for actually providing support, not just rhetoric.

I liked the overall look of the theme and it has some great features that are easy to use.
I came across a couple of bugs that needed fixing but I emailed support and they were incredibly quick and helpful with getting it fixed.
There are a few things that you would expect to be premium features such as being able to change the home page boxes to product categories rather than having pages there but it has not put me off.
Overall the theme is easy to use but I think the best thing is how supportive and responsive the support has been when needed. It makes a big difference when you don’t have to wait long for help! I would highly recommend the blossom themes and their support team

This theme is exactly what I needed for my website. It has great framework but is customizable to fit your needs. I have been able to do everything I was hoping with this theme. The support offered on this theme is also top notch. Every question is answered in a timely and friendly manner. You will not be disappointed!

I’m using this theme on my art site. it’s quite feminine, so perfect for what I wanted. it’s very user friendly, especially for an amateur like myself. There has been a few questions I had regarding things I couldn’t figure out for myself, and the support has been outstanding. Such a quick response time and incredibly friendly and helpful.
If you don’t choose this theme, I’d highly recommend choosing another of the Blossom themes for the amazing support in addition to the great themes.
