We’ve just begun working with Exo and are new to WordPress FSE. We downloaded it because we loved the way the theme was laid out. We’ll likely end up using it almost exactly as far as blocks and layout are concerned.

Why 5 stars so early in our experience? Because I contacted them with a question (a rather dumb one as it turns out) about one of the blocks and they came back to me right away. They not only answered me promptly and explained why I was having the issue, but they also encouraged me to contact them again if their explanation didn’t help. On top of that, they provided links to further helpful information.

What a great start to a positive relationship. How ideal to have a WordPress theme developer who is not averse to helping out non developers trying to create a site. No wonder we love WordPress … and this theme especially.
