Bought this plugin in September 2021. Loved it! Last week I got a fatal error and my website was completely down. Their response was that I was using an outdated version of the Pro plugin and that I need to update it. Basically, that it’s my fault. Never received a notification that I needed to manually update the Pro plugin. I update my plugins weekly, if not daily. I asked for a partial refund because I did enjoy it for about 6 months, but they said no. This plugin comes with a yearly fee. Why?

Very good looking theme. But PageSpeed Insights score is poor. My experience with default demo import ( maximum ):

You have to install and setup extra plugins for better results. After a lot of working on I got following results:

so i don’t buy a theme at envo anymore. i sold and complained the same day and also didn’t use the key yet and still they tell me after the meanwhile 3rd unanswered request that a return is not possible. this makes other providers much more customer-friendly and even grants 30 days right of return, which they stand by their products. i am very disappointed, especially because the key is not activated yet. an cheekiness is that!

I want to buy Envo storefront Pro theme and try contact them through email many times but they are not responding. I am worried if I buy and in case is there any support required then will they respond or not. I don’t know their website is secure to do the transaction.

This is another fake “free template” because of PRO version. Free version is pretty useless. It lacks of every essential customization. Meh!
