We use your theme with pleasure. In general, our visitors are satisfied, thanks. But, we will have a question. We recently installed a WPML plugin to get language support. When we customized the website to the new language option, we could not find the option to customize the language. Does the theme have WPML support?

Thank you for the quick solution to my problem. After having updated WordPress to version 5.5 the page section portfolio didn’t work properly any more on my mobile (only blue tiles instead of images were shown).

As a first-time WordPress user, it did take me some time to make my website. But thanks to the EmpowerWP Pro I succeeded rather quickly, and could concentrate on the content.

Team is great. Theme can be clunky and hard to setup, however anything custom, they’ll sort it for you. 30min response time with code, samples and advice. Literally all you could ask form. Love it.

Thanks to the swift support of Cristian I was able to tackle a Wufoo inclusion issue in less than 5 minutes. He pointed me to the shortcode plugin which did the trick of including Wufoo Javascript within a WP shortcode. Thanks mucho!

I had a problem with my EmpowerWP theme where the Customizer would not load.
All I got was the spinning stars and the message – please wait this will take a while.
Cristian was very responsive and diagnosed the problem quickly.
My issue was that my WordPress address and site address were not the same in your settings which caused the issue.
Hope this can help others that may be experiencing a similar problem.

never really could use the theme (pro) after installing problems would appear . logging issues , crushing , not displaying pages properly . i my opinion total disaster . Deeply disappointed and probably will never get my money back .
