when i pres add logo doesnt work

Hello! This theme is amazing, but has an bug in the Main Menu. When you disable the preloader, the main menu breaks, the words are together with each other for a few seconds (they collide). For example, try to navigate the menu, with a click on whatever word, before the page is load completely, the menu is broke and then is ok, but if you do not touch it.

I try it in several hosting and servers, and it’s the same. Hope you can fix this to use without the preloader. I am a teacher and use these theme with my class in a live site. I have screenshots too. I link a testing site with the theme installed in my wordpress.

If I change to the not pro version of the theme it works fine.

and it work

But when I copy to child theme in file:

it not work. Nothing has changed.

Is there any way i can link to all posts? I just set up my homepage as a static page, then my posts page under a page i created called “Blog”. But when i change the layout to content/sidebar etc, the sidebar does not show also.

Also, how many posts are shown before the pagination works?

When I try to import demo data, it says imported but actually nothing is imported.

In the import screen it actually shows 3 options to import but they dont show the pictures of those options. They are not loading.

Note, the issue happens only on article and section front (category) pages.
Basically, when you get to the bottom of the article/category page right before the footer while the cursor is placed over the article and not on the sidebar, you will find yourself in a state of infinite scrolling.

It looks like that on article/category pages, the sidebar is having an issue to detect when the user arrives at the bottom of the page what interrupts the sidebar to change its position from fixed (sticky sidebar) to absolute. you can see it clearly happens as inspect element was open when I recorded my screen.

Important remarks:
1. I turned off plugins in order to verify that none of them are causing the issue
2. If it happens on your demo website it means there is an issue with your theme integrated code.
3. I am using chrome Version 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a mac OS 10.14.5 Mojave if that helps you to further investigate.

Hi, I would like to ask why in Tabbed Posts I see random posts instead of “Latest” and “Popular”. Am I missing something in presets?

In both of this tab, “Latest” and “Popular” I see totally same posts, and they are not latest, they are like 3-4 days old, and there is a lot of newest posts on the web site.

In section where I choose categorised posts everything is working well as expected.
But I’m having difficult to understand a logic of choosing posts for “Latests” (since they are not latest at all) and for “Popular” (where I can see exactly same posts as in Latest).

We currently have 2 licenses for Elegant Magazine Pro in our AF Themes account. Until recently, we had only used one of them, on our publishing company’s main website. Now we have created new stand-alone websites for each of our two magazines, using the same theme.

We no longer need this theme on our main website, but before I change it, I need to be sure of a couple of things:

First, to activate a license on the two new sites, is it simply a matter of entering the URL in our AF Themes account, one per license, then adding and activating the corresponding license key in the WordPress admin area? In other words, can I deactivate the license on our main site that won’t need it anymore and then use it one of the new sites?

Also, if I switch to another theme on the main site, is there anything I need to be aware of in terms of losing posts, pages, or any other existing content? We have to maintain the main site because that’s where our database of subscribers and our digital editions are.

I have added some of our videos to the EM YouTube Video Slider and the thumbnails appear for the four smaller ones to the right of the main one, but not in the main one (the player). Instead, there’s a fuzzy grey placeholder image. The video will play, but you just don’t see its thumbnail. Any ideas?

Can someone please provide a custom CSS snippet to add a minimum height to the header image?

The recommended dimensions for the header image are 1900×600, but it ends up getting cropped by about half that height. Our header image will include our logo and tag line. I noticed that if you disable the site title and tag line in Site ID, it actually decreases the header image height. I tried:

header {
min-height: 500px;
}

But that just added 500px space between the ticker and the first Home Page Content widget. Close, but no cigar ??

I am using EM Pro for my site, I did everything I can to reduce the site loading speed, but in every test, it shows the theme’s script is too bloated and adds a lot of time to the loading time. Is there a way you can help with this issue and reduce the loading time?

I have a question. My customers want a website in their language. However, this theme is not 100% translated yet. When I publish a post in my website with links in the first paragraphs and exists a banner ad script, this link don’t work.
Can see the link in blue color on text but can’t doing “click” in it.
But if actualice the post page many times, the link finally works.
I’m using Elegant Magazine theme.
