Hi! Electa Theme Team,

I am using your free version and I need few changes on theme, that are very minimal changes. These are Following:
1. Need Instagram on social links (not require facebook and twitter, only instagram)
2. Need to add copyright statement in footer next to “Theme: Electa by Kaira”.
3. Its a issue actually, in contact us page social logos are hidden; I think in background color. How to correct it.

Please help me in this.

How do I get rid of the date posted?

Just have bought the Electa-Kaira Theme and set up a main menu centered.
(so far the site in build mode)

How to add the PHP or widget – to have the footer menu visible where it should be > on the bottom location of the site?

Main center Menu I would like to have such links as Home / Contact / About Me
Down the site on the Footer: PrivatePolicy / Copyright info etc …

Is this achievable? If not where can I place the footer?

Is there supposed to be any visible FOOTER on the blog layout of Electa?

Posts show up with a thumbnail or feature image displayed at div class post right

Is there a way to link that image as part of the post link so that one can click on that image to open the full post?

I am showing my home page as blog posts.

the text that shows up to navigate to older posts and newer posts, I want to change that text to some other labels.

I see where that is called on content.php and searched thru css to see if there is a label for before and after there but can’t find it.

How can I add icons for these social networks? Can you tell me the size of your icons and where/how you uploaded images for them? I will do it with VK and OK icons.

I’m having issues with the posts and block on the main page. When I make a new post, if I give it a title, the title appears in it. Without a title, nothing appears in the box. What I want is for there to be a thumbnail of the image featured in the post to be shown. How do I do this?

Hey there! I am using the Electa theme on www.remarpro.com and my site is MoBrinx.ca

If you look on the home page you will see at the bottom on the menu on the left: “Electa theme, by Kaira”. This is what I want to remove. I’m having a really hard time with CSS, I can’t find it in the editor and I don’t have a child theme (mainly because I don’t understand how to set one up).

If there’s a simpler solution to this problem other than installing the child theme I would love to hear it!

In customization it looks as though the image grid should show whether I have chosen a static page or latest posts. (I wanted to use static page so that I could put some text below or above the grid.) However, when I use static opening page I am not seeing the image grid. Is this by design or what do I need to do?

So just a quick question. The gallery post format isn’t showing up on the Format menu by the right of my post editor. Is it because of a glitch in my WP install/laptop (I wouldn’t put it past my laptop, tbh; this hunk of junk has been giving me grief the past year), or is the gallery post just not supported? I can add galleries just fine, not a big deal, but it’s sort of slightly bothering me, not being able to properly “categorize” the format type.

There is a big problem when I try to click on search icon it does nothing. Please fix it or tell me what code to use it. Theme is useless if people can use the search bar on mobile devices. For me its very important. Definitely won’t leave 5 star review.

I bought your premium theme and forgot where to find and what to add for copyright text under social media icons/search icon-main menu. Please help I need this text.

not sure if this applies here, but in this electa theme the widget that shows categories (in my case product categories) is a basic vertical list that does not show the hierarchy. such as differentiating the parent from the child usually by a tab space or a bullet point for the child in other themes.
i would like it to look like this:
parent
-child
-child

instead it lists it like this: (boring and not visually easy)
parent
child
child

what css can i add to create the proper hierarchy format?

im using the theme as a store and the when i set the front page as any regular created page it makes it a blog. (except when i use the woocommerce shop page as the front page).

i have already set a different page as the blog page and need a static front page that is not the blog.

how do i do this?

I have installed Electa on Feb 17, 2015. Whatever the premium version of the Electa was that day.

My images in the grid are right next to each other in each row, which is perfect. But there is a small gap between each row of images. Could someone help me understand how I can set it up in my tool to have no gaps between image rows. All images are square and exact same size 250×250 pixels. I am using Godaddy WordPress. By the way, other than this problem Electa is great.

for some reason all the homepage images are being tiled 3 times each. This seems quite odd to me. Is there a way to tell Electa not to tile images? My site

I’ve added over 20 posts with featured images but only 10 are being displayed on the homepage. I can’t find any settings for the amount of posts shown, only the number of posts per row. Could you help me out?
