Is there a file so that I can change the front-end values like Read More, Price etc. I thought I could do it in eightstore-lite.pot but it doesn’t have an effect. For ex:

I added “Devam?n? Oku” for msgstr value (it was initially empty) but nothing has changed.

Product title is placed beside product images in mobile view, which makes the page look bad.

How can I solve this?

Good evening, for days I have been looking for an answer and I do tests but nothing!
I just “finished” a wordpress ecommerce site (5.5.3) with woocommerce (4.7.1) and the EightStore Lite theme (1.2.4), below you can see the installed plugins.

In the single product page I have 2 images, the main one (white background) and one in the gallery (brown background), then under the main image (opened) there are the two clickable thumbnails. Upon clicking on one of these, the large version is shown. In turn, if you pass on the image just opened, I will have the zoom of the detail correctly. In short, the classic system.

The problem is that, apparently with random frequency but very frequently, the second image (therefore not the main one), when selected (click on the thumbnail) is shown completely without detail, as if a very small version of the image were loaded and “stretched ” to cover a larger area.
If in this situation I step on the large image (the undefined one), the zoom works and I see sharp details but as soon as I leave the image area, it becomes degraded again.
Finally, if I click on the magnifying glass at the top right, the image is opened correctly in full screen.

Sometimes, the same problem occurs directly when opening the page also for the main image (white background). Normally with one or more page “hard refresh” [ctrl + F5], the images appear right.

I am puzzled by the fact that it seems to happen without logic, initially only noticed on smartphones, now I have realized that it also happens on desktop.

Anyone have any idea how to help me? What should I go to change? I get by with html, css and I understand a bit of js but this time I’m in trouble. Could it be a cache problem? But I tried to clean both the browser one and the one with autoptimize and switch browsers to one that had never opened the page… and nothing.

I am interested to know what is the best size for featured image both in the blog and for images coming onto the from image of store.

For the blog, do you re-size the top image of a blog or what image do you select for the featured image?

I recently change my theme from mystile to 8store lite. All is working fine but when i use Newsletter, subscribers name is not seen in visiters subcription in notification bar plugin.
I have not changed anything in notification bar plugin,it is in default setting. Kindly help me to solve it.

I am not a guru on WordPress so I do not know what I did but all the icons are just showing a box- they still work though when you link and everything.

The site is still being developed but almost ready to launch. We realised this as we are now busy customising the homepage

Hello, I love the theme, thank you.

Just having one issue…on the responsive menu, the submenu items under “gallery” are showing up in the menu, but they overlap the parent menu items. The submenu items cannot be selected, because when they are clicked the parent menu item is selected instead.

I’m sure it’s a simple CSS snippet, but I cannot figure out what.

Hello, on all of my other pages I can change the layout to no sidebar, right or left sidebar, etc. But the Woocommerce Shop page is not affected by these options. What’s the problem here? Thank you!

but it can fix by add css to theme

Great theme!! One thing….My products have long titles they get cut off with a …….
This doesn’t look good is there anyway that the whole title can be shown even if its on 2 lines at least? Or some css to fix it?

I have installed 8degreetheme “8store lite”. I am facing some problems and need your support.
Please check and revert.

The problem is with the shop page when I click on a product category from the homepage, it redirects to the same page with slider and promotional block (please check). But in the demo, while selecting a product category it redirects to a page without slider and promotional block i.e a new page. So please tell me how to solve this by making some changes or by adding something?

I have installed the plugin Remove/hide Author, Date, Category Like Entry-Meta which has successfully removed all the details EXCEPT for “Posted on”. I have search the forums and tried to add the following in Custom CSS:
.posted-on {display: none;}
This didn’t work. So I tried:
.post-meta {display: none;}
but this didn’t do anything either.

So I still have “Posted on” on my Posts without any following author info. Can you tell me how to get rid of the “Posted on” text – I’ve searched through the css but cannot find any reference to it.
