Hi,

I have this website and in the first section the slide image does not open, but if I resize the chrome window the image appears.

After resizing the page, everything works correctly.

 have uploaded a video so that the behavior can be seen better.

The man with the helmet disappears and only appears if you resize the page.
On the mobile it does not appear at all and the page is out of alignment.

I have tried it in several browsers and in incognito and it always happens the same

I love your theme but I’ve been seeing some awkward symptoms.
Hence, I deleted the theme and reinstalled it but it didn’t rectify the problems.
I guess deleting it still leaves some footprints.

I want to completely delete Eightmedi Lite and reinstall it from scratch.
Please let me know how to completely delete this theme.

See you an update for Eightmedi lite soon? Because the Backend says its dangerous.
If i go to your homepage, my anti virus programm says you have a Trojan Virus on your Site.

I cannot find how to add a video (youtube link) on the home page, ideally instead of the top slider, but anywhere I could add it would already be a great start.

The link “Import demo” (https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=welcome-page#demo_import) doesn’t work (any link in that page is not working)

When the webpage loads both on desktop as well as mobile, the top menu appears unstyled (vertically) at first and then corrects itself after a moment. Please check the provided link both on desktop and Mobile.

Hi, is this theme support RTL languages? if yes how to configure it

I had had difficult time installing BulletProof Pro to fight back hackers.
Since last night, top menu on my website started to show vertically arranged, not horizontally.
I installed other theme but sine it didn’t support side bar, I uninstalled Eightmedi Lite theme and reinstalled it hoping it would somehow resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, it didn’t help and also, I’ve just discovered TO TOP arrow icon at the bottom right corner disappeared.
What would be solution?

Hi. When I preview my site using your theme on mobile or tablet, social media icons and info text are not aligning truly. I tried to write a few lines of Css hacks but I couldn’t achieve.

I am using 4.9.4 version of WP.
Recently I have decided to change my theme. After some customization I noticed that number of daily visits fell down very fast.
How is it possible?
Does changing theme make influence on positions on google or what?

The home page does not work properly in Safari browser.
For ex:
The main slideshow is invisible

But in FF all is OK

I’m not sure why the logo/header is semi-transparent? Also, is there a way to add the logo as a separate image? Because when I put the logo in the header graphic, the logo is pretty small on the mobile version of the site.

the left image of About Section has a different height than the content section on its right, 473.067px for image and 500px for content.
How can be increased image height at 500px to remove the white space below image?

Hi everyone.
After installing the yosat plugin each time i create a new post and add an image the image dose not appear in the page after updating. Its here in edit post but dose not appear in the page it self!

I tried everything and i have tried turning off jetpack as i though it might causing the problem but it seems something else causing it.

note: the old posts are working fine only with new posts.

These are just a few pre-download/pre-purchas equestions to see if the theme can reasonably easily do what I’d like it to do.

I mainly like the tabbed feature on the Home Page, set by default to Opening Hours.

Question 1) How easy or difficult would it be to set the other four tabs to similarly display the content on the Home Page, underneath the tab itself?

2) How easy or difficult would it be to set the default display tab to the leftmost instead of the center tab?

3) How easy or difficult would it be to set one of the tabs to be accessible via a completely different URL than the rest of the site?

As you have figured out now, I’m not a heavy duty coder, but I can get buy if somebody either explains, or better, yet, gives me snippets of code.

I just started creating a brand new website with this Eightmedi lite theme. I installed the latest version of WordPress with only this theme. I was following all steps in this link, “https://8degreethemes.com/documentation/8medi-lite/#homepage_setup”

but got this error message for customization. “************.com page isn’t working
****************.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500”
I did not activate any plugin yet nor any menu or widgets etc
Please help me why customization is not working on my site

I’m using 8medi Lite on my website. First of all, thanks for this great template. I got a few questions.

1. I added Team Member section to my website. I want to hide “title” and “description” and just showing images slide with full width of the page. Also, want to show much more images at there, not just 2. How can I make this?

2. I can’t change the locations of the features. For example, can’t move the “Sponsors” section to above of the Team Member section. Is there any way for do this?

3. I got Slider at my homepage. There are 4 images at my slider. I want that, when someone click an image, he/she will go to image’s page. For example I got a Valentines Day Promotion image on my slider, when a guy click it, he will go to specific page. Different links for different images. Is it possible?

4. Can I make this kind of placement?
