I haven’t used this theme extensively but first impressions are that it seems excellent. Very professionally put together, with excellent technical support. The extremely friendly creator, Jamie, even offered me some free training!
For my current project, 18 Tags turned out not to be the right choice in the end. However, Jamie was good for honouring the money-back guarantee.
I am likely to come back to this theme in future and hope to work with Jamie in the future.

I have just started to transition from Canvas to 18tags. I use the Pootle Page Builder together with the theme. It is a great combo fro my clients who need to update their websites. I feel that Pootlepress provide a great level of customer service and I like that I can see Jamie and Co are visible and not just a faceless big company.

I use this template for a while and I like it. It’s easy to work with and to integrate other plugins. The only thing I’m struggling with at the moment is the update, as I don’t wanna lose my configurations and I haven’t had yet the mood to dig into the technical explanations. But I’ll soon do that, hopefully.

I selected 18tags for a contract job, replacing an unmaintained derelict WordPress site for a statewide environmental advocacy org. I wanted a conservative, purely functional layout more like a traditional website than, for instance, a magazine layout or art school project. So far I am very impressed by how configurable this theme is. I am about 90% done with layout and configuration and it is possible that I might not need a child theme to finish.

Pretty flexible and solid also simple.
Look promising.
Also based on Underscore make this reliable, I like it.
