I have restored my website backup that used the Any theme.

The theme wont work or it breaks the website if it is enabled. These are the error codes the web host told me. Can you help?

We have a site that uses Edge Themes’ Goodwill theme. We used the Edge Events feature of that theme for a while, but we needed some different/additional functionality so we installed The Events Calendar plugin to manage our events. However, now we have two “Events” items in the WP Admin navbar. How can we remove the “Events” link associated with Edge Theme? It’s not appearing as a separate plugin that can be deactivated. Thanks.

I love this theme but it loads Lato. For all I know, I made that happen. We are removing all Google fonts where possible. Is there a way to tell me where that is? I looked through the theme files.

Can you guide me, on how can I address this issue?

So, the page linked to this question is just one example. I have 213 pages with similar issues, and I’m looking for a solution that I don’t have to reproduce 213 times. Though honestly at this point, since I can’t figure out how to fix it once, if I have to tediously do it 213 times I would be happier than with no solution.

Basically, for some reason the featured image is rendering as this huge monstrosity that takes up the whole top view of the page when loaded in a browser on a laptop, but seems to load just fine on a smartphone. I found some CSS solutions posted on other forums that didn’t help with my issue, so I’m putting out an appeal on here to see if I can find a solution that works for whatever the particular problem with my website is. Thank you!

So, in my Edge theme, I have a background image set as the background. For the blog I am starting, I would like to simply have an all white background as I am not very technical, hence asking this question.

Any help with how to do this would be great. I tried a few different things but I am not sure exactly what the CSS code would be and where it should go – If it would be a plug-in I have to download, or a code input in the theme somehow, or within WordPress.

It seems like such a simple thing to do, that should be easy within block builder, but I don’t know why I can’t figure it out.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

hi there, our logo has disappeared from all pages on desktop and mobile. It used to show and its just gone. It used to be in the menu area to the left?

Is it possible to change the font on the home page of the edge theme?

I have searched “how to hide tags” and tried adding in the CSS code from numerous sources into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
None of them have worked. I am thinking these may be theme specific…?

Does anybody know how I can hide my tags on both my front page and the post’s page?

We like the theme, but we’d like to remove the Read More button that currently shows on the slider. We are going to be putting in a text quote there, and don’t need to link it anywhere. I’m fairly competent with basic changes in WordPress, but am having trouble finding that button to take out in the Header or Index php files. Where can I find the code to remove that button?

Hello! I love the theme, but I have been experiencing an issue with the Initial letter (first letter large) feature since Gutenberg editor was released… all my new paragraphs are displaying large initials, is there a way to disable “initials” to the entire website? I just want plain regular letters on my posts… Thanks! ??

I am trying to move the custom logo to the upper left corner and move the menu to the right. I can’ figure out what class to use to change the CSS. Unfortunately, this website is under dev environment in SiteGround so I can’t show you the current code. Here is a link to the screenshot. This just for the logo.

As you can see on the site there’s a fair amount of white space left and right. I need to add 2 more pages to the menu and it starts a second line for them. If I turn off Responsive in the theme it’s fine on the laptop but looks bad on the phone. I’ve tried some Custom CSS to try to override the width it’s forcing but I can’t seem to find the right one! Can anyone point me in a direction?

I’ve never had this problem but it was pointed out by a page optimizer that my style.css from my child theme edge-kid is getting loaded twice in the header.

The fade effect of slider 1 on slider 2 does not work on the home page / front page. On subpages it works without problems. What am I doing wrong?

Hi. I installed the Instagram Feed plug in which looks great on my sidebar but the photos which show there are duplicated and enlarged at the bottom of the home page. I’m not sure how to correct this?

Edge theme is supposed to be mobile friendly but I can’t get the full version (including header, Instagram photos and home page) to show on google or safari. This worked for a day or so but was intermittent. Currently only a basic website is showing on my iPhone with a blue bar where the header and gallery should be. Please can you help?
