I am having trouble only displaying the image header on the home page only. Is there a way to only show it on the home page using the Easy eCommerce Theme?

I need some basic help with setting up my site. The first thing I need help with though is getting rid of the standard banner on the site. I also need help with uploading images and putting them in the shopping cart. They are not showing up properly.
Is there telephone support available? I work much faster that way.
