In the detailed display of my impressions post page, only a black image is visible, where the image from the overview should be visible. My homepage administrator has already updated the theme, but it didn’t help.
Can you please check this?

Not sure if it’s related, but when I add items to the cart, overlaps happen too.

Could it be an AJAX layout issue?

]]>I’ve seen this question asked and solved for others, but the solutions offered don’t work for me.
I would like the previous/next navigation links at the bottom of a single post to be limited to the same category. At the moment it is going through posts in chronological order.
I suspect I will need to add code to my Child Theme functions.php? Can someone please provide the appropriate snippet?
My site is using Beaver Builder Child Theme. At Beaver Builder Support, they just want me to fork out more money to buy their Themer plugin to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
]]>Hi, I have searched this forum for ages but cannot find an answer that works for me. Some people seem to have had the same issue but then figure it out apparently and don’t say how they got there, so I’m still at a loss.
Anyway… I moved my site from WordPress.com to www.remarpro.com, hosted by Bluehost. I had been running the Dyad2 theme, which doesn’t seem to be available in WP.org themes. Dyad works fine, but for whatever reason there is no option in the customizer to change the colors. I am a beginniner and have been trying to find a simple way to change the accent color (I really don’t like the yellow #e7ae01 and want to change to #8b626d – which I had done in Dyad2 on WP.com and it was simple). I’ve tried searching how to make changes in Additional CSS customization but again, cannot find an easy fix.
I’m pulling my hair out over this – can anyone advise what I can do to make the accent color change across the website? PS. My site is still “coming soon” as it’s in the building phase. TIA!
]]>Dyad 2 natively decides to justify to left for logos when the screen width is up to a certain pixel, which is fine on a tablet.
As mobile device screen density keeps increasing, it looks a bit strange on phones.
Is there some custom CSS I can add to keep it at center?
Cheers.

]]>Hi there,
Hope you are well.
I am getting an error that the theme needs the Jetpack plugin installed even though it is already installed. When I click on install again it leads me to an error.
This is what it says: “The Jetpack plugin is required to use some of this theme’s features, including: Site Logo (no specific module needed), Featured Content (no specific module needed). Please install Jetpack by WordPress.com. Install”
Thanks.

Hope you are well.
I am unable to find the setting to remove the sticky header, could you please assist?

]]>On Dyad 2 Theme I am using the Featured Content slider which enables up to 6 posts to be displayed as slides on the homepage. Because the Slider is so large across the top of the page, I am taking full advantage of the space by using a very large featured image (1900×800). The problem is that when you view the individual post, such a large image displays poorly on the left-hand side of the screen!
The Dyad 2 theme has an option under Customize=>Content Options to hide featured images on single posts, but it is site-wide and I only want to hide the featured image on the posts I have featured in the slider with the extra large images. Is there any way to do this?
I tried using a plugin called “Conditionally display featured image on singular pages and posts”, but it did not work as I had hoped. It DOES hide the featured image, but it still splits the screen and just displays a blank black space on the left-hand side. Instead I want the page to format without the split screen (as it does if you simply remove the featured image) so that I can just add the wide banner image to the top of the page instead of to the left.
EXAMPLES:
This page shows the featured image being poorly cropped on the left-hand side of the page
https://garnergrows.com/plant-sales/
This page shows what happens when using the plugin to hide the featured image:
https://garnergrows.com/plant-sales-with-hidden-featured-image/
This page shows what I want the page to look like instead:
https://garnergrows.com/plant-sales-without-featured-image/
The content slider can be viewed on the homepage:

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
]]>I have seen this question asked and solved for many other themes, but can’t seem to find the proper configuration for Dyad 2. I want to restrict the Next/Previous Post links at the bottom of each post so that they only link to other posts in the same category.
I have my posts grouped into 3 basic categories: Blog, Recipes, and Photo Galleries. I want the next/previous post links at the bottom of each post to only direct visitors to posts within the same category. You can see a good example of this at: https://test.garnergrows.com/baked-kale-chips/. The Next post link goes to another recipe, but the Previous post goes to a Blog entry which is less than desirable!
I have setup a staging copy of my site as well as a child theme for Dyad 2 so that I can safely edit php files, but I am unsure exactly where and how to edit. I (believe) I have found the code for these links in the “single.php” file. Other answers to the question have indicated that: ‘in_same_term’ must be set to “true”, but I am unsure exactly how and where to do this.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
]]>Hello — I’m not sure this is possible since having a half-and-half page with the left half image and the right half post is the central aesthetic with this theme, but I was wondering if there was a way that I could change the size of the featured photo on the left to make it smaller and make the post area larger?
I’m mostly wanting to do this so the occasional photo gallery blog post I have (like the one I posted a link to) can have a larger area for the post/gallery on the right.
If it’s not possible, that’s fine, but I wanted to ask. Thank you!
]]>If you switch between the 3 photos, either by mouse or left/right arrow keys, you can see the “area” would only resize in the second try.

]]>On pages for posts (blog), I replaced the French links “Articles plus anciens” (older posts) and “Articles plus récents” (newer posts) by “Page précédente” (Previous page) and “Page suivante” (Next page) by modifying the files fr_FR.po and fr_FR.mo. But these files are systematically overwritten by all WordPress updates. I haven’t found any effective method to turn off automatic updates so these files are updated automatically and regularly. What solution then to permanently update these older posts / newer posts links with the Dyad theme? I already have a child theme.
]]>Has anyone updated to WordPress 5.7 yet?
I know I need to do a backup first, and all my plugins are compatible, but I’m wondering if anyone with Dyad 2 has actually updated to the latest version of WP?
If you have, how did it go? This theme has not been updated in a long time, so I’m wondering if there will be problems?
Hello,
I am trying to implement a pop up window by MailChimp into the website. For that I am supposed to add the code into the header php of the theme. Unfortunately under Appearance the Editor does not appear. Does anyone know where I can find it?
Thank you,

Hi everyone,
I have recently installed Dyad 2 and have been exploring the Settings. I really like the look and feel of the demo page, specifically (1) featured image of each post showing on the Home page and (2) the yellowish-orange coloured background colour of ‘Read More’ text. However, I am not able to locate the relevant setting to enable these two features. I am able to get the featured image working on the page of the post but the same image is not showing up on the Home page.
Kindly advise. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
]]>The “Read More” buttons are not working properly.
https://https://abcaeroespacial.com/
In the front page, the last post at the bottom of the page no longer shows the “Read More” button.
Any new post I publish will not show the button either.
I had been editing some of the .php files, so it could be that too.
Thank you very much (Help!)
Paulo
]]>I’ve not yet updated to WordPress 5.6. Has anyone using Dyad 2 done this and did you have any issues? I’ve had issues with previous versions of WordPress updates so I’m a bit nervous to do it.

]]>Hello – I can not re-create what the Live Demo of Dyad 2 looks like with the tiled sticky posts. How should the posts be formatted so that they appear in neat tiled rows as in the demo.
]]>Could anyone give me some guidance on how to set up a search field in the primary top menu using CSS in the Dyad theme?
I’ve read on other forums that it’s not possible to do this within the theme itself, but it might be possible to do it with CSS.
I realize that I could switch to a different theme that supports this field already. However, my bosses really like this theme and would highly prefer to stay with it–they just want to add a search field at the top.
FYI: I’m posting this on www.remarpro.com because the website I’m working on is hosted on a private stage site at my university. Since I can’t link the site to this post, I’ve linked the wordpress.com version, which is almost identical to the stage site.
