Hope somebody can help..
I am closing down a site and trying to remove these three boxes from the screen but no matter what I do, they just will not go. My knowledge of WP is not the greatest but I am fairly sure that I have explored every possible setting which could have removed them.
Somebody suggested that they are in some way built into the Duena theme so I wondered if anybody could suggest a way of getting rid of them.

Can anyone help me, please? I have been using Duena Child 01 for 7 years now and I needed to amend my logo but when I uploaded it again, it’s going on the left-hand side instead of the centre. Also, when I click on publish, none of the changes I make come up straight away like they used to do.

]]>Hello. I’m having an issue with the mobile navigation menu on this site. I installed the jQuery Migrate Plug-in and all drop-downs are currently working on the desktop version. However, when viewing the site from a mobile phone, the navigation drop down menu is no longer there. Instead, there is a blank space under the logo where the navigation bar used to appear. I’ve cleared cookies and the browser cache, tried multiple browsers and flushed the cache on the site. It still doesn’t appear.
I did upload Duena Revival to the site and did a live preview to see if that would help. Unfortunately, whoever originally designed the site added some customizations that wouldn’t carry over. So I can’t update the theme right now.
Any help you’re able to provide is appreciated.

I’ve been totally happy with the Duena Theme, up until the WordPress 5.5.3 update. Now the drop-down menus stopped working:

]]>Just to announce that, since this theme doesn’t have updates for ages, that the authors seems to not reply to anything and since the theme is under GPL, I decided to fork it and update it, to fix some problems and add features. The 2.1.0 is actually released and there’s still more to come!
So far, in this update, I fixed the primary and secondary color being unchangeable (they were meant to be customizable but I never seen the “Color scheme” menu). I also changed the Google+ icon for Tumblr since g+ is about to close for good (any better suggestions than Tumblr?). I also started to make the theme ready for Gutenberg. (which is the main reason of this update)
Everything is in the gitlab repository below. Of course it kept the GPL license, so feel free to fork and contribute.

Is this theme still getting some care from its makers? I mean, it’s being more than 2 years it has no updates and the articles doesn’t seem to be gutenberg-ready. You can see that when you post an audio player in one. The audio player used to be at width 100% in the article, and it’s not the case with a post made with gutenberg (I even tried to edit the html in the post directly but no dice)
I’m a noob at theme editing (tho, i forked duena for my likings and made some modifications on it) but I’m willing to start and maintain a fork to revive it if the makers don’t care updating it…

For now, I’m looking to use the Hatom/hentry remover (Fixes errors in Google Webmaster Tools) plugin, but that seems like a band-aid approach. I’m hoping someone can offer up a more permanent solution.

All of a sudden I cannot use the customizer on the multisite I have running the Duena Theme. When I go into the customizer I can see all the options on the left however when I pick one every option disappears and I have to x out of the customizer. Could it be a problem with the latest update to wordpress?
]]>Duena was built with cherryframework, I would like to use that to edit the theme. I only heard of cherry because it’s linked to in Dunea…
However, the process of editing a pre-made cherry theme with cherryframework is to 1) add cherryframework as a theme and 2) add the child theme after, and then the cherry editing options appear.
But Duena isn’t a child theme, and if I install it after cherry it simply replaces the cherryframework. Does anyone know how I can make Duena back into a childtheme of cherryframework, to is editable with cherry again? I really love this theme and would like to use it more!

I’m currently running Duena (Child Theme) on my site https://hohmcooking.com/
As you can see from the home page, selecting a featured image for a post places that image in a cropped format above the title to that particular post. Instead of this, I would like the title to be at the top, with the full-size feature image below, followed by a preview paragraph and then the “Read More…” button.
Any clue on how to accomplish that, without just going into the post and adding an image before the first paragraph (and I don’t even think that works in this theme)?
]]>Hi i cant add a sidebar and make it work, i added to the header but when i call it i only get the “sidebar-1” widgets, i mean, all the widgets of sidebar-1 moves from the sidebar zone to the place where i’m calling the new sidebar (with <?php get_sidebar( 'mynewsidebar' ); ?>)

How do I configure the site noreennouza.com to have all posts go to the Home section (well, that is going OK right now) BUT if I have an Amazon product, the post also goes to the Amazon tab. Right now, the Amazon, Pets, Camping/RVing, Restaurants are “Categories”. Should they be set up differently so this happens to all? Thanks!

The Slider at the top of the page has ceased to link to their corresponding posts for the more recent posts, and instead just redirect back to the homepage.

Can anyone please help – I need to change the background colour to a plain colour in Duena but it’s not letting me. It’s giving me the option but not actually changing. I have just created a child theme using Orbisius and the colour still wouldn’t change.
