I’m attempting to include meta data into my custom-post types, but I’m having trouble actually getting the meta data onto the page. I’ve added my custom fields. But what now?

]]>To everyone else wasting their time trying to figure out why the DMS controls are nowhere to be found…… YOU HAVE TO USE GOOGLE CHROME.
Seriously, Pagelines, are you for real? You offer reduced functionality themes via www.remarpro.com because you want people to come over to your website and lay down big bucks for your products.
You didn’t think that was important enough to put some note with the download or on the theme tabs info so people didn’t waste their time getting absolutely nothing on the front end when they were logged in as administrator?
You could have used the same methodology by which you detect that I’m not using Google Chrome, and put a message on the screen letting me know I needed to use Google Chrome.
Lord knows you certainly took enough time perfecting not one, but TWO (!!!) advertisements that do some fancy little overlay-popout thing on the bottom of the theme so you can keep those referrals coming! (Do I get affiliate commission for those clicks, by the way?)
Just Google Chrome. Sheesh.
]]>I have installed DMS Pro (99 dollar version) and activated the dms pro tools plug-in. According to Pagelines instructions, these two steps should add an extra area on my front-end dms toolbar called Account where I can enter my email and license key to activate my site as DMS Pro. The Account tab is not showing up and I cannot find where to activate me site.
Any ideas??
]]>First thing I’d like to see is certain modules being renamed so you know where they go in the template.
Also, something like a DMS for Dummies would be nice, with descriptions of how to place and use the modules.

For some reason, my developer seems to be having an issue with my DMS license key even though I just purchased it. He’s trying to set up DMS on a test site. He says it is invalid even though I am copying/pasting straight from my orders page. Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you,
Vanessa
The preview window in Firefox only displays a white screen.
Mac OSX 10.9.2
FF 28.0
Its not me its DMS.
]]>I’ve been trying to set up a page for 2 days. Every time I make a change, the theme shows that it’s saving that change, but when I refresh the page using the buttons in the editor, all my changes to style have been reverted, and only text seems to stay. I go thru setting up columns, adding media boxes and filling them with content like google maps and images, then – poof, it’s all gone. I tried creating an acct, and logging in to pagelines thru the theme, but still no change. The theme seems promising, but not if I can’t save my changes!
]]>I am sure there is an answer because I see others saying they are using this with WP 3.8.1
Running under MAMP Pro if that is important ??
First, can’t use normal install. Error says not an installable package (or to that effect)
Second, if I just unzip the package and copy it to the content>themes folder, then I see it BUT, if I activate it, can no longer get anything but the “white page” mentioned in the reviews.
Anyone have a way around this so I can give this a try?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
Firstly I’ll say, I’m new to coding and setting up websites in general. I am using Ninjaforms 2.4.2 for some simple forms on a wp site I’m setting up for someone. The forms worked for a few days, but as of late last night the pages that have embedded forms aren’t loading *only* while my pagelines DMS editor is active.
You might think this is a forms issue, but I submitted a ticket to ninja forms and they’ve never heard of anything like this, so I’m wondering if it’s on the DMS end..
The forms and pages load perfectly fine with the editor inactive and through other browsers besides. But so long as the shortcode is present on the page, while the DMS editor is running the page doesn’t load.
When I attempt to load the page with the editor running and developer opened I receive this error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘ajax’ of undefined”
Is this something with php?
Again, it seems to be the Ninjaforms plugin that is causing the problem, at least in part. When it’s deactivated or the shortcode isn’t in the post, the issue goes away.
I imagine you may seen this sort of thing before, but due to my inexperience I can’t seem to fix it. Any help would be appreciated it.
Thanks kindly for your time.

]]>I just upgraded to DMS version 1.1.5. The site still looks fine, but the drop and drag DMS editor when logged in gives a blank page. I tried to revert back to version 1.0.3.4, but the reinstall failed. I disabled a bunch of plugins, but that made no difference. I disabled all the chrome extensions that were giving JS errors, and that made no difference. I did see an error of something like pl.editor ver 1.1.5. Is that yours?

Removing the dms directory from the themes folder restores blog funcionality.
