This is the second WPHoot theme I have used, and the most important thing to me is the quick support I get from the staff at WPHoot. They helped my with customized CSS code to customize the theme the way I want.

I have purchased several licenses of Dispatch and each time have been asked to make further customizations (beyond those in the dashboard) by my customer. Every time I’ve asked for a bit of code or theme adjustment I’ve received it quickly, usually within 24 hours.
They are really a great bunch to work with – highly recommend any of their themes to developers / webmasters / designers. You’ll be able to get the look you want quickly and easily.

I’m a Genesis user, so I’ve gotten used to doing a lot of setup when creating a new site. But with Dispatch (which was picked by my client), the setup was minimal and the “out-of-the-box” settings blew away both me and my client! Adjusting some of the custom CSS is a bit cumbersome, however that may be because I’m so used to doing it the Genesis way.
Kudos to the developers for such a solid template!

I love dispatch and the wpHoot team. This theme gave me everything I wanted and more. I discovered a small bug when I upgraded to 2.0 and the support team patched theme and fixed my website within a few hours. How great is that?! I’m very very happy with my purchase of the premium version.

The pagebuilder is easy-to-use and the democontent is easy-to-upload. The overall design is a bit few, but overall very nice. The support staff respond time is fast and effective.

A highly flexible theme the does just what I need it to. Of course, some tweaking was required to get everything just right, but it took vastly less than other themes I’ve worked with. Where I had questions or ran into (minor) issues support was absolutely fantastic, with quick replies and effective solutions. Well worth the price of premium!

Extremely customizable! This is the best theme I have used, by far. I have tried at least 50+ themes in the past but never got my sites up & running due to the limitations of the themes. Also have to mention the excellent support for this theme. I am using the free Dispatch theme right now but will definitely be buying the premium very soon! Jasin has responded each time quickly and with a viable solution to get my theme the way I wanted it. No need to search for themes in the future. I will be using Dispatch or other themes offered by wphoot from now on! Can’t say enough good things about them or the theme! Stop looking for themes and use theirs, you won’t be disappointed!
