After going trying 55+ themes I settled on the Cream Blog theme as it had the look I was looking for. However, I kept running into problems that www.remarpro.com, my Host 1&1, Jetpack, and WordPress Beginner said were a result of my theme. I didn’t want to change my theme as I’d scrolled through 100s of them and tried over 55, which took a hell of a lot of time. However, the theme creator was rarely interested in helping, but previously I had managed to find workarounds for most these problems so I didn’t have to waste weeks looking, testing, and then replacing the theme.
That is until today when the theme creator told me to stop asking them for help because they weren’t interested in providing support.
“Will you please do us a favor? Please stop sending us an email for help. We are not sure how we should help you with.
This is going to be the last response. We don’t be replying you back anymore.”
This is in relation to the problem of my featured images disappearing from my posts, who everyone I’ve talked to about it (www.remarpro.com, my Host 1&1, Jetpack, and WordPress Beginner), states is a theme problem, making them themebeez the only people left who can help.
I had previously spent the last 4 months trying to sort this problem out with everyone else (www.remarpro.com, my Host 1&1, Jetpack, and WordPress Beginner) before turning to themebeez for support, making them the last resort of a problem that’s been going on for a quarter of a year
The theme itself has a nice layout and allowed me to design it the way I’d wanted to, after weeks and weeks of trying themes out, but the amount of problems and the lack of interest in support from the creator is a huge problem.
my advice would be to keep testing other themes and check for reviews on if the creators of those themes offer good support or not because they’ll always be issues you’ll need help resolving
