Theme is great! Beautiful, responsive, works like a charm. But recently I am starting to get a lot of errors as a result of the theme not having any updates in a long time! As of today, I can’t even log into the backend anymore because it is giving a Fatal error. UPDATE PLEASE! -2 stars as a result ??

This template is very nice and permits to create very modern designs.
If you need inspiration about the design, you can check out the demo mode. Everything is made to be clear and easy to use.
Moreover, if you need help to change or customize something, the support team is awesome.
They answer very fast and are very pro.

I am really pleased that I decided to choose the Courtyard Pro theme. I have been able to create a dynamic travel website that looks fantastic. While this theme was built for hotels, my site showcases hotels and destinations across Brazil and this theme was versatile enough to be able to accomplish this. I have found the tech support from Precise Themes to be really helpful – they have helped me tweak my site so that it functions well and have been willing to help me with bespoke changes too. Highly recommended!

This is a review of the Free version of this theme as offered here on the WordPress website.
The theme has its own nicely laid out menu which ‘sticks’ to the top of the screen and you scroll. There are also a couple of customisable options such as changing the colour of links and the ability to remove meta info such as dates from blog posts.
Beyond that there isn’t much else to this version of the theme, this version of Courtyard comes with very little you see on the theme demo provided on the Precise Theme website and so it may be a disappointment to anyone expecting that. Its not so much a ‘lite’ theme as one with everything removed. Its also a rather large 5MB theme, again, given the very limited options provided this is somewhat disappointing.
If you like the menu then this theme may work for you, if you want more then you will need to buy the paid version of this theme or try something else.

Beautiful but the free theme has built-in problems to try to “persuade” you to pay for the pay version.
One example: front page title text and hero slider text sizes are fixed, so they look ok on large computer screen but are a total disaster on iPad or mobile phone screens. For a high level theme with just about EVERYTHING resizing automatically depending on screen size, it seems impossible to me that this theme would have such an obvious and rookie flaw unless it was purposely made that way.
Another example: When you upload a logo, the theme automatically creates several alternative sizes of the logo. But mysteriously, the theme only uses one of those sizes. Again, this is a “screen sizing” issue that is fairly basic, so it appears to me that they have removed this function in order to make the free version a bit flawed/unusable.
I can’t complain too much since it’s free, but you should be aware of this.

The Courtyard theme is the most complete among those in free version, providing not only an easy to use documentation but a step-by-step tutorial when starting.
