i have posted some posts but i was just wonding if theres a way to add a read more button.

so if you look under the Tips for new starters , i have a section of posts and ofcourse it cuts half there text off is there a way to add a read more button on them but that dosnt display on the page its self when reading the artical ect ?

i see theres a read more tag i think you call it ? but that dosnt seem to work

My hosting account got swamped by a 1GB+ xxxx.php.error.log file – too large to read; so started a new one. The new one is full of (only) the following two error messages:

My hosting company tell me this is a theme issue and I should look for help there – which is where I hope I now am.

My WordPress is up-to-date at version 5.3.2–en_GB
The Classic theme is up-to-date
PHP is at version 7.3

Any ideas? Can I hack the theme?

I was looking at various themes that were installed in my wordpress theme page. I clicked on twenty ten, twenty eleven and twenty twelve with no problems. Then, when I clicked on Classic (which I had never clicked on before, it took me to a page which had, simply, the word “Password” in the upper left, with a box to fill in a password, and then an X. I filled in my site password, and clicked, and was kept on the same page with nothing happening. Now I can’t get back to my site, as I keep getting redirected away from my usual login URL. So I am unable to access my site at all! What do I do to get back to my site?? Thank you! Here is my login URL:

Have I been hacked?

(I should mention that the site is now in Maintenance Mode and should not be visible.)
