Is it possible to display the mobile ‘hamburger’ menu alongside the site header/logo, rather than above it? I think it takes up too much screen space as default?

I have a problem with the mobile menu – when I use social icons, the first one at the top can’t see the whole frame. This only happens with custom menu – when I create my menu in wordpress. When I remove them and it’s in alphabetical order it’s ok.

I’m a novice with WordPress and have volunteered to make some updates to the non profit’s website. We are using free Chosen. I added a theeventscalendar.com free plug in and added events. Each event listing is too skinny and doesn’t look like the demo. Here’s what it’s supposed to look like: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/calendar-list.png. Showing the month calendar also has an issue and doesn’t look like it’s supposed to.

I changed the theme to twenty twenty one and the event listing and calendar looks like it’s supposed to, so I’m thinking the issue is something with Free Chosen. Any easy fixes for this that a novice can do?

On my dropdown menu, everything is centered, except the Search icon and field.
How can I achieve that? I was inspecting the elements, but due to my basic coding knowledge, I couldn’t understand how to get there. Can anyone please help me do this?

Hi to all !

I have a simple problem.
If ever a problem can be called simple. ??

In my WordPress web site, made with Chosen Gamer,
a little anomaly happened in the upper main menu,
making all of the arrows appear offset.

I do not know where to look in the code,
but it may be a little adjustement.

I could expose the possible cause, but it would deviate from the subject.
I use Edge to navigate, but it appears the same on Chrome.
It was right at first, so I do not see the theme in cause.

If any of you has a hint about how to fix this little display problem,
I would especially appreciate.

I am a photographer and upload my projects to my website. As it is now, it has one page with all my videos, like a blog. I would like to add another page that looks the same, so that I can have one page with a selection of videos, and another one that is an archive. I use a template theme that is called Chosen, and I am uncertain on how to solve this.

Any insights?

Hi.

The mobile menu seems to take the site’s background color as its background, but I don’t want that.

My menu text is white and the background of the website is white, so the text is invisible on mobile.

Is there a way to change the color of either the menu background or the menu text for the mobile version?

I’m using the Chosen theme and wonder if there is any way to change the “Hamburger Menu” to a more traditional navigation bar. While I like the simple design of the hamburger menu, it’s not as user friendly for those people who may not know what it is. I seem to be stuck with this menu on all of my pages when I changed my home page to a static page and used the template “Landing Page with Header.” Can anyone help?

Hello, how can I disable or remove previous and next links that appear at the bottom of my posts?

Decided to give the Pro version a whirl. When I change the font size of the post titles, it appears to only change the font sizes for titles on the main blog, but not for the titles of posts on category pages. Would having the logo hidden at the top of category pages have anything to do with this? Please advise.

I’m trying to center the menu using what I found in this forum:

However, it still looks slightly off-center (favoring the left), perhaps because I have both the search function enabled in the right upper corner, along with two social media icons next to the search function. How do I center the menu more, so that it’s evenly positioned over the space provided for the logo (which currently looks more centered than the menu)?

Apologies for all the questions lately, but I have another one, this time about optimal logo dimensions. When I run my site through PageSpeed Insights, it says “Image elements do not have explicit width and height” in regards to my logo. How do I fix this? Is there an ideal width and height for logos when using Chosen? Thanks again for your time.

Is there code for adding a “back” or “back to blog” button that appears within individual posts, so that it takes visitors back to the list of posts?

I would like to hide the date only on individual posts. I’d still like to see the post dates when scrolling through the blog, however, just not when you view the individual posts. What CSS do I use to accomplish this? Thanks!

I recently downloaded this theme and imported the demo data including all attachments and images. Everything imported, except for the section above “This is a standard post” ad below the homepage title.
