I started using the theme about 2 months ago and like it alot, however I have been running into an issue that conflicts with jetpack about once a month sometimes more that takes my site down. I am using Go Daddy as a host and they say that it must be a conflict with the theme. The only fix I have been able to find is to completely delete the jetpack folder and then reinstall it every time this happens. It is quite cumbersome. Hey Guys. Just switched from black bird to Chiro. I like it but i have a few issues.

I want my footer to look more like it used to, which does not seem possible with Chiro Pro

I basicall added whatever content i wanted. Mostly icons from national orginizations we belonged to. In Chiro i have to use pre loaded widgets and honeslty none of them look good.

I also want to put my copyright information back in like i had it and not “created by Created by Clinic Website Systems”

Is there any way to remove the play button that displays on the top button? I am using a child theme so not sure where to go or what to do to remove it.

I’m so close to being able to stop wasting time trying to finish my latest website yet I can’t find a way to delete a footer and keep the remaining footer spread out. I’ve been able to remove the footer, but the remaining footers are all left justified in a way tat results in cramped text on the left side and open space on the right. How do you get the desired 3 footers to space themselves evenly so that I can finally publish my website?

Menu Bar is not displaying on any pages. I have been through menu settings but can’t find the error.

We have a child theme running on https://www.gratefulfreedom.com. When we are testing to paste a link to our site into a Facebook post, we get a 401 error. If we paste any other page like https://www.gratefulfreedom.com/about/ it displays fine in the Facebook post.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can I add another custom sidebar?

I’m adding each of these php files to my child theme to try to make these pages display like the front page and other pages. I made a page template like the front-page to apply to my pages. This works fine.

The problem is that the “content” displays below the 4 front page boxes on the categories, archives and single post pages. Here is the category.php I have:

First- How do I get the sidebar removed from the 404 page? Since the theme generates that page its self I dont know where to either add the missing side bar or change the page template to one that already has one?

Second- How do I get my appointment form to look like the one in the demo? That is where do I find the additional form objects for new patient and date requested (as seen at chirothemes.com)?

Anyone can sign up at chirothemes.com and download a file that will import the settings for the contact form to make it look like the demo, and also a working child theme ( chiro-pro-child.zip ) that can be installed and activated easily.

I tried making a child theme in per WordPress instructions. I uploaded and activated, but the site does not have the same layout as the parent. When I first uploaded the zip file and activated, I got an error that the index.php file was missing. So, I added it to the zip and was able to activate the child theme. But it doesn’t display.

Why is the look of the left and right side menu different when using custom sidebar 1 page template then with any of the other page templates with sidebars? How can I get the custom sidebar page to look like the rest of the pages?

I have the premium version and I used the customizer to setup my site. I went through all the items and found Office Hours. I filled it in but find no where on the site that used it. Could you tell me how and where I can find this premium feature to use on my site.

My scheduling system has a widget that I could integrate into my theme, is it possible and if so how?

The MaxButton was and is helpful for other stuff.

I created a page for forms and it has linked to the form box on the right, could I do something similar for the hours and location, or do I need to upgrade?

I am not using the form feature connected to the schedule now on the right side of the home page. My business doesn’t operate like that, instead I manage to link it up to my online scheduling system called schedulicity.

I can’t figure out how to duplicate that on the appointment side bar on the subsequent pages (acupuncture, about, testimonial, etc.)

Please advise, and I must let you know I am a novice to this. Can follow instruction, but that is about it. Help like yesterday.

I make changes in the admin but I don′t see them when I visit the website. I only see the changes I made when I visit the web while I am logged in the admin.
I’ve tried deleting the chache and visiting the web from differente computers but I still don′t see the changes.

I’m trying to set up a website with chiro-pro, which works very nice.

I only have not found a way to remove the golden button with the ‘play’ symbol in the ‘Top front page box’ on the right. The theme allows me to change header, sub-header and link but I cannot find a way to remove the golden button with the ‘play’ figure in it.

I’m also not able to view the additional instruction video (eg setting up the contact form), even after registering..

I just got the website up and going and it looks great. Then I needed to use my domain name for an old website to point to this website. (not sure of terminology. New at this) I also have several other domain names, all now with BlueHost that are “parked” and pointing to this site. When I access it with the original domain name, everything works perfectly. When accessed by any of the parked domain names, the spacing in the menu bar is off and at least one of the buttons on the right side of the page takes you to a WHOOPS page. If I click on anything in the menu bar, the site seems to snap to, and all works well from that point. I was told to remove cookies and did that. No change. Any ideas?

How can I remove some spacing below the 3 columns in the middle of the home page (location, about us and office hours) and above the text from a post. There is about an inch of white space I would like to close the gap.

BTW, really nice theme.
