Hi, I am amazed to see how wonderfully this theme works, Amazing features, plugins, and a lot more functionalities and it has completely met with my requirements to design a professional Website.

The theme is simple to customize and use, but basic format options are not available, such as text in the button (although provided in the customizer interface) or primary color options (although stated as available in the documentation). I thought that was a very bad blow below the belt. Basic format options should be available in free version and not hidden only to discover later when you have already formatted all the rest. Very dishonest.

The design is cool no doubt but the free version is not easy to customize and the documentation pages are unreachable. the footer also seem hardcoded. even custom codes cannot over write the sidebar widgets and footer.

I normally do not upgrade from free theme to paid theme, but after contacting them, I felt listened and helped. So, I bought the theme and the team was super helpful and accomodate the theme to my needs. They built a child theme just for me. I have never had a better experience, and I built websites for living. I will always purchase my themes through them. It is worth the money for the amount of support and the theme you get.

It was a bit of a hassle to setup for some reason, but support is amazing. If you need ANYTHING just send them a message and they’ll be right on top of it immediately.

That’s support as it should be. Super friendly, fast and especially helpful if there are Problems, based on the Operator of the WordPress Installation. ??
The Theme is super easy to handle and customizable. In Combination with this Support it is so easy to built a Website which works fantastic.

We use Charitize Pro for our “collective” Motema ya Congo https://www.motemayacongo.ch We are not “developers” and don’t have really some deep technical skills, but the theme is quite easy to configure and to manage, and the most important thing is that the support is really reactive!
Because WordPress is so dynamic, and there is updates almost every day, the quality of the support is one of the thing you have to put on the top of your them’s wish list today.
