]]>Hi guys,
I’m using WordPress 3.2.1 in combination with Crowdfavorite’s Carrington Blog theme (2.3.1). I installed the just released Social plugin (a Crowdfavorite and Mailchimp collaboration work) and I think it has issues with Carrington Blog theme. Here’s why:
When you click the reply link of a threaded comment the comment form usually moves just below the comment you want to reply to. It is done by the script “comment-reply.js” without a browser refresh.
That feature is not working when I install and activate Social. Clicking on a reply link refreshes the page and the comment form is still on its previous position. The reply link passes all the parameters needed as described on this WordPress codex page and the comment form changes its title as expected. But no movement.
Experiments:
What could be wrong? I think it’s maybe a javascript conflict/malfunction or something like that. But I don’t have an idea how is Carrington theme javascript messing with Wordpess javascript. Could someone help?
Thanks in advance!
]]>Hello,
I want to accomplish something really simple.
I want to insert a line of PHP code to get a plugin based image gallery to work.
I have succeeded in doing this to the homepage by editing home.php but I cannot figure out how to do it for the individual posts.
Please help, and please also note that the carrington framework has template files scattered all over the place, which makes finding specific ones all the more difficult.
