Hi there!

I’m working on updating my blog, and I was wondering if there’s a way to adjust the the content shown on the post slider on the home page.

It only allows me to show articles from a same category. But I would love to show an article or edit the cards on the slider, to link to all the categories I have.

Instead of showing 4 articles from a single category, is there any way to create a snippet/or card on each slide to link to a different category?

Just like the title of the topic says, I have my site’s logo and all the pages (even the ones I don’t want to be public or visible) appearing at the bottom of all the pages of my website (just above the footer). Is there a way to remove the site’s logo ? And to either select the pages appearing at the bottom or to remove completely the links to the pages at the bottom of my website?

Despite the fact that the search widget is active and the title is showing up correctly on the side bar, the box itself is not visible. How can I fix this? Thanks in advanced ??

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the font and text style of the word “search” that comes with this theme?

I’m wondering if there is a way to change the the theme’s original light pink. First I want to change the tag buttons at the bottom of a blog post from pink when they’re hovered over. Second is the blog post title (on my blog page) which is also pink when hovered over. Third is the “send message” button after a blog post: I want to change that from the pink as well. I’ve been able to change a few of the text colours using the simple custom CSS plugin, but is there a way to basically get rid of the rest of the light pink?

I need to change the font color on the excerpt of the blog posts or the background when hoovering on the slider to white, so it’ll be easier to read. Thanks!

I’ve been reading a bit into removing the footer credit ‘powered by wordpress’ and see that there are some negative impacts of inserting css code.

Is this true for the cali theme, because I cant find a place in the customization area where I can deactivate the footer credit.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Im having another spacing issue with the theme. My category pages seem to have no space between the category header and the bog posts that follow underneath.

Does anyone know how to increase this spacing?

Im hoping its something simple, since im not a coder and still learning wordpress.

I need serious assistance with the spacing on the Cali theme. The problem is across all posts. The main issue is with the spacing of items.

Problem 1: Space website title and post heading is too big (mobile and desktop views)

Problem 2: Space between image and paragraphs too big (mobile and desktop view)

Problem 3: Space between Image and image caption is too big

Problem 3: Images in gallery form overlap text in some places within the post

I’m very new to blogging, so if you’re mentioning inserting code etc, could you please be EXTREMELY Specific about what to insert and where, because I’m still trying to wrap my head around it.

suddenly I received information from Instagram footer Invalid data. I tried to set up the account again but without any issues. The account is public and before works perfectly, so I do not know what changed. I need to remove the footer because of the Invalid data communicate on my site. Could you help to solve the issue? Maybe the reason is that I have updated WordPress to the newest version and the theme does not support it?

My blog is so slow so i check the site speed at GT Metrix. and I found out that i needed to scale the images for the slider. So i scaled the images 768×1200 but it still said i need to scale the images. Could you please let me know how i fix this problem?

I have created a banner and headline for the header of my Cali theme, with a menu with 5 sections.

I can’t understand how the header is replicated in the footer area (I have shaded it pink) with a different menu containing 9 sections? I have tried everything to remove the footer (pink area) as it is not required, without success.

I would like, though the headline in the footer, to replace the headline in the header – ie spread over 2 lines rather than one.

I also want to remove the lines in the footer area and create 4 widget areas that allow HTML text.

I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Only thing is that articles are loading between the page numbers and the footer as I scroll down?
Any way to fix that?

Hello! I’m using the Cali theme and I’d just like to adjust the number of latest posts showing on the home page. It’s currently 9 or so, and I’d like to show a smaller number. Is there a way to do this?

I renamed my pictures with Lightroom (and also with iMage Tools) with the next format:

my_pictures_like_this

but after install the File Media Titles, when I uploaded the pictures still showing the name DCIMGOPROxxxx

I tried renamed with other pictures and work well, but I have around 600 pictures that I was taken in the last months and this pictures still showing like I described before.

Can somebody give me a hand with that?
